Lovely staff and nothing was too much trouble. Great location on the beach surrounded by heaps of restaurants. We had the Villa which was wonderful. Great breakfast. I found my bed hard and staff went above and beyond to make it more comfy. Can’t rate the staff highly enough. Two swimming pools with one having a swim up bar. No extra charge for room service or drinks brought to pool. Great laundry service which was basically same price as on the street - very cheap.

Very few negatives. Maybe a little bit of maintenance around the villa.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! We were incredibly comfortable during our stay and felt like the team at Aira did so much to make sure all of our needs were met. The location was great for us - on the beach and so close to some great little restaurants, massage places, corner shops, etc. A long walk (maybe 50 minutes?) or inexpensive taxi into the city made us feel connected to the more active nightlife, but not as if it was in our face.

Really, everything was great. The cost of this hotel was pricier than the other hotels we stayed in during our Vietnam trip, but this was something we felt okay with going into it and it never bothered us during our stay. Two swimming pools, a pool table, and a boutique hotel experience made it all feel pretty worth it!

The location, the staff were amazing especially Mel, the pool in block b was nice and quiet and very clean,the variety of restaurants around were excellent and the beach,wow,the rooms were ideal, everything was functional and all the staff were so pleasant and couldn't do enough for you,I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will return 😀

The breakfast was not as extensive as I have experienced in other hotels in Vietnam and Thailand, but it covered everything but because it is in the pool and garden area I would recommend arriving early as the later it gets the fruits and other exposed foods begin to dry up due to the heat,but overall nothing wrong with the quality

My room was very clean, big and equipped with nice furniture. The staff was very helpful and did a good job. Additionally there are bicycles which you can take for free (though they have seen better days). A highlight for me was the very good breakfast and dinner. Also there are lots of beach bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The smaller complaint I have is that the path to the beach from house B is not really in good condition. Additionally the part of beach to which you get through this path is outside of the swimming zone and used by jetski, etc. activities. The beach accessible from house A might be different though and is also accessible from house B. (But I did not check it) So all in all only a minor complaint.

The hotel was boutique style and location was amazing. Right beside the beach. My sister and I had a twin room with a terrace. The room was spacious, en suite, nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. Breakfast offered a large selection of food to suit all tastes hot and cold buffet style. Staff were amazing and always on hand to help with any query we had. A special word of thanks to Maya and Seven who were always there for us to offer advice and help when needed. I had an unfortunate accident in Hoi An while sightseeing and shopping. Seven and Maya organized Dr and hospital treatment for me and we're so supportive to me. My sister and I were so grateful for their kindness to us. Maya also recommended a wonderful restaurant close by on our final evening called The Beach House. Food and location was amazing right on the seafront.There was a selection of wonderful bars and restaurants close by. The Deck House was also amazing. All the staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The hotel had a swimming pool and a Spa offering many treatments. Loved our stay at the Aira Boutique Hotel at An Bang Beach. The beach was beautiful with lots of free sun beds and umbrella's available. Activities available on the beach also for the more adventurous. Great location and just a short taxi ride to Hoi An. Taxi's were available within a couple of minutes when requested at the hotel reception. Highly recommend this hotel.

In a quiet location, close to the beach and with a selection of bars and restaurants surprisingly close by. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and seemed genuinely pleased to have us as their guests. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the hotel facilities were generally good - although maybe the poolside toilet could do with a bit of a spruce up! Bikes were available free of charge, which was great. Special note - it was my wife's birthday on the day we arrived and the staff had arranged a surprise cake and a lovely 'towels & petals' arrangement for her, which was very much appreciated.

Worth noting for some future visitors that it is a 10 minute taxi ride to and from Hoi An's old town, and maybe just a bit too far to walk along a typically busy main road, especially after an evening out. It really was not a big issue for us, as the taxi was usually parked almost right outside the front door of the hotel, and the trip was well worth the time, cost and effort involved.

We stayed for the second time in Aira Hoi An. The hotel is conveniently located at the beach with beautiful family rooms and 2 nice pools. Close by in walking distance are a lot of restaurants, shops, bars. The Aira staff is very professional, helpful and warm-hearted. Breakfast buffet has a great choice of Asian and Western dishes and a lot of fresh fruits. It is located in the hotel garden (with a rooftop) and has a nice atmosphere. Bicycles are available free of charge for nice trips to Hoi An old town. Whenever we come back to Hoi An we will definitely stay at Aira again

close to the beach (50m), small relaxing village with a special rewinding atmosphere. many nice bars and restaurants directly on the beach. hotel staff super friendly. fantastic breakfast. very clean hotel with 2 buildings. cannot say which building to prefer each one has pros and cons and it’s own pool. overall super clear recommendation.

we booked a couple of tours through the hotel. while really perfectly organized and tour guide being super friendly, I would not recommend it: i) the area of Hoi An is super easy and you can do everything by bicycle or grab, ii) finding a tour guide with good English skills seems to be difficult in Hoi an (we also listened to many others) due to their accent according to a teacher in Can Tho). In fact we understood about 20% about what our tour guide said (which is a pitty if you like to eg learn about the MySon / Sampa history)

AIRA Boutique Hotel is a few meters away from An Bang beach, and is walking distance from restaurants, convenience stores, bars, etc. It has two pools, a spa, a pool bar, a restaurant, a billiards table, books, and bikes that guests can borrow for free. We enjoyed biking to Hoi An and the nearby ricefields. Our room, the attic garden suite, was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. It was tastefully decorated, and the bathroom had a shower and a bathtub with hot water. The hotel's best asset, though, is their staff. After 2 Grab drivers refused to drive us to Hue, a staff offered to arrange the transfer for us so we can pay by credit card. That saved not only our day, but also 400,000 VND.

I expected an elevator, so it was a bit of an effort to carry our suitcases down from the top floor to the ground.

I stayed in a suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and gardens and I was perfectly comfortable in such a large room. Excellent bathroom with walk-in shower with rainwater shower head as well as handheld shower plus a separate bathtub. The hotel staff from the manager to the waitstaff to the housekeeping staff were all very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast included in my rate was excellent and the property is ideally located next to the beach and within metres of all the best beach-side restaurants. I would happily stay at this property again and eagerly recommend it to others.
