Absolutely fantastic stay here. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone planning to visit to Hoi an. While the location outside of the center of the town may look off putting, we found this to be much better as the center is so busy and touristy. They have a free shuttle that operates twice a day, free bikes and taxis are only £2/3 if you go outside of these time. The beach is just in front of the hotel which has a fantastic beach cafe (defo try the tempura prawns and the papaya salad). The beach beds are free through the hotel too- they are comfortable and have sun umbrellas. The beach is great- not busy, fantastic golden sandy beach and warm calm sea. The real highlight are the kind, wonderful women on reception. We were able to WhatsApp them at any moment and they would help, within minutes! They provided fantastic recommendations and provided suggestions we hadn’t even thought about and got us discounts on trips. Their English is great too. CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH. Without a doubt the best place we have stayed in Vietnam and probably ever.

A lovely boutique hotel right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were very comfortable with great amenities. Spa treatments were relaxing and for a generous price too.

We enjoyed our stay at Linh Seaside villa. The location was great, just steps from the beach and only a short walk from An Bang restaurants and shops. The beach was wonderful but we had some rain and high winds so we only got to swim a couple of times. We look forward to visiting again during high season. The staff was wonderful and they provided a large and delicious breakfast. We used the bicycles and rode through the rice fields which was great. We are so happy we stayed in An Bang rather than Hoi An. We were just an inexpensive 10 minute cab ride into Hoi An but when we were done we could go back to our quaint An Bang.

There was construction in front of our room but the staff was accommodating and moved us to a quieter location. The construction might be completed by high season.

Linh Seaside is a small (just 10 rooms), intimate place managed by caring staff and located just a few sandy steps from the beach and small restaurants and bars. A great place if you're looking for a quiet beach-side vacation. Staff will assist you with various tours and transportation into Hoi An. They also provide bikes (for free) and motor bikes (for a fee). Breakfast is selected by each guest the night before and prepared individually. The staff couldn't be more kind, attentive and helpful; when I became ill they assisted me with great personalized care.

I would mention some improvements, but I can't think of any!

The staff were wonderful. Beautiful fruit platter on arrival. Very close to the beach and views from the breakfast room. Also enjoyed a massage in the spa. The rooms were spotless, the bed comfy and mini bar very cheap. The staff also recommended local restaurants within walking distance, which were fabulous. Breakfast was made to order from a menu which was wonderful, including complimentary fresh fruit platter and pot of green tea. An and Pheoung checked us in and out and were both so lovely and helpful with great english. An also organised our transfer from the accom to the airport.

We did have a problem with a door lock, but that was fixed. We liked everything about the property. If we had more time, we would have had a swim.

Amazing 2 night stay at the Linh Seaside Villa. We didn’t have the best weather but the fantastic two ladies who manage the hotel and reception made sure our stay was memorable with brilliant suggestions for things to do during our time at Hoi An. Including the Hoi A Memories show which was so good and not to be missed. We had an amazing massage at the hotel and we would highly recommend the food next door at Phoungs restaurant. The Red Lanten bar just up the road from the hotel is also great for cocktails and live music. Overall a lovely seaside location, with the beautiful Hoi An only a 5-10min drive and such helpful staff at the Linh. Breakfast was also great at the hotel! Highly recommend the pork noodles and omelette.

The villa is very nice, very close to the beach and various restaurants and shops (sadly we didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the beach due to the weather). Rooms are in a good condition too. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived and made us feel very welcomed every day. They were super helpful when it came to arranging activities or just advising on what to do and where to go. There have been some construction works going on at the villa which we didn’t know about until we arrived, and it was a bit noisy and uncomfortable the next morning, however, everyone made sure they did everything they could and more to make up for it, even though we didn’t ask for it. Breakfast and spa services are great too! Thanks very much for hosting us, we had a lovely time at the villa!

The Linh Seaside was a true find on our travels. The staff could not do enough for us.We had such a warm welcome.The room was beautiful, clean, and fresh with the added bonus of Air Con a fan, hairdryer and a mini bar.The beach was a 1 minute walk and free beds organised by the Linh.The breakfast is cooked to order and delicious.They organised taxis into the town and paid for them up front with the driver so that there was no risk we would be overcharged and we could settle the bill on checkout for any additional items , minibar , laundry etc. The Linh advised on tailors in the area, and we had fab dresses made. They gave very good recommendations of places to go and food to try. The staff were so helpful in recommending places and food to try in Ho Chi Minh City as one of the staff had studied there and this was our next stop. The Linh Seaside is perfect, and this is down to its staff.We will definitely go back and stay longer next time.

This was an incredible place to stay for the price. The rooms, community areas and in particular the staff, were just sensational. I actually felt like part of the family. I originally picked the Linh based on location and this was the right decision. It is steps from the best part of the beach and the best beach restaurants. I also would like to make a special call out to both An and Phuong on reception. Every one of our needs were met with a smile and a chat! They can arrange all your tours and recommend services. If you looking for an “Easy rider” experience, please consider Mr Phu at Hoi An Motorcycle Adventures. An booked them for us and it was a just a fantastic day out at a competitive price.

Nothing. I was originally disappointed with the amount of seats around the pool being inadequate but the ones they had were always available as everyone went to the beach. They have an agreement with Phuong’s beach restaurant for beach seating.

If you are looking to stay close to An Bang beach, you can't really beat the location of this hotel - it is a 1min walk from the beach. Also, the hotel itself is a great hotel. The staff on reception are extremely helpful and accommodating. Our room was massive, with a great en-suite. The bed was large and very comfortable. It was extremely hot when we were there, so the air-con in the room was a great relief. We pool also looked inviting, but we never actually got to use it as we were on the beach all day. The location for restaurants and bars is great - the best restaurants we tried in An Bang are extremely close, literally across the road.

The breakfast wasn't great, but we only had it on the 1st day. There are some great places close by that do an awesome breakfast (YESH! Tribe and Cosy Corner Cafe) so it isn't a big issue.
