An absolutely class stay, the staff were lovely and attentive, the rooms were clean, and comfy, and the location was excellent in a quiet, beautiful area just slightly out of the way from the centre. The breakfast was lovely and fresh, and they provided a range of services - including taxis to and from the airport, access to local tailors and tours, and even bike and motorbike rentals. Would happily stay there again.

Netflix wouldn’t work on the TV - who cares! There was too much to do to stay in.

Excellent location, right next to the river, old town and night market, but also on a peaceful street so it's not too loud at night. The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need. Good breakfast with a range of options, the banh mi is great. Most of all, staff are friendly and very helpful - they helped us to arrange transfers both ways and a great tour to BaNa Hills. Would stay here again next time we visit.

The bathroom door didn't close fully and the bathroom wasn't very well ventilated. But only minor issue and didn't spoil our stay in any way.

Location is good, very in center. walking to the ancient town quickly. Many spa, massage places nearby for your relaxing. In the evening, there is a good bar for dancing & party just 5min walking. Covenient store is 5 mins walking away. Staffs are nice & supportive & helpful Room with balcony is very nice & beautiful. very relaxing & chilling in the morning sitting on the bed & having (so bad dont have any pic ^^)

the public kitchen would be nice if there has microwave, but all the facilities are great enough.

This was such a great find. Very affordable and the room was so nice! The manager was friendly and incredibly helpful. He arranged transportation for us from the Danang train station and to the Danang airport. The hotel is right next to a laundry place and it's within walking distance of the ancient town.

Our whole stay was just amazing! First of all, the staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful - they organized a beautiful MySon tour for us, made us breakfast before the usual time and also they organized the transfer back to Da Nang, that was not expensive (compared to Grab even cheaper). The room with balcony was also very clean and beautiful. Actually it was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our whole Vietnam trip. We can 100% recommend!! :-)

Nice design and the room is clean. The staff is very helpful and they have tried their best to fix the noise problem.

The ground floor room can hear the loud and annoying machine noise... Also can hear others talk loudly in the lobby. If you hope to stay in a hotel for a longer rest, you have to find the staff to shut down the sound. The sound will start around 8:00 am until you call for help. Except for the noise, everything seems fine.

* The Location is perfect, next to the night market and a stone's throw away from most of the evening action in Hoi An. * People, the lady at the reception is courteous, and helps out with all the local sightseeing bookings and transfers at a reasonable pricing. * Room is clean and comfy, and has a spacious balcony. * Bathroom is super clean with decent space.

Why it's a 9 and not a 10. * Washbasin is low and small in the bathroom. * AC makes some sound.

I loved the location, how safe it felt, and the comfortable bed, amenities like the tv and fridge, and the decor.

there were ants- which I’m not averse to bugs but they started getting everywhere (and I didn’t have any food in the room). I was nervous they would get into my luggage and remain in my bag.

The room is cozy and clean. The location is super close to the main attraction, 1 minutes walk to the night market and 3 minutes walk to the hoi an old town. The street is also big enough for you to be pick up by taxi. The owner is friendly and helpful. I hope everyone is safe because we leave just before typhoon noru arrive.

The staff were nice and polite. They can help you book tours if you're keen. The room was clean and was value for the amount paid. The location of this stay is great and is of walking distance to old town in Hoi An :)

We liked everything but if you don't fancy smaller sized rooms, this one probably isn't for you :)
