Great location, great breakfast, nice pools, and the free food tasting every afternoon was very nice!

The staff outside were very pushy, always trying to get you to choose one of their drivers rather than just letting you book it on Grab by yourself. Someone even put their hand on my phone while I was booking a Grab, to make me cancel and take one of their drivers instead, who then tried taking a higher price than the Grab driver. Very annoying behaviour.

Property was BEAUTIFUL. Huge pool, beautiful flowers around the walkways and a view of the river. Included in the stay is local food tasting every night, boat ride on the river and breakfast. Juice upon arrival was a nice touch. Staff was incredibly accommodating. We missed our flight due to visa issues and they easily adjusted our nights of stay. Room was fantastic - great bed and pillows, no bugs. Location is 100% worth it. We were right next to the night market and river with a short walk to the old town area. Every night the river area lights up. It’s all you need. The area around the resort does flood a bit during rainy season. To get a taxi, you will need to walk to the bridge. Make sure you pack a rain jacket or poncho with water shoes. I had flip flops that were fine but you will be walking up to your ankles in water and it will be raining sideways. It was just me and my husband on this trip but we agreed - would definitely come back with our parents.

we have now stayed here many times before and after Covid. During Covid there were significant renovations undertaken including a beautiful swimming pool. The staff confirm that their jobs were protected but the place was closed for 2 years. Staff are now being reintroduced to the workforce here in an equitable fostering system to allow as many as possible to come back. The pool is incredible, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the location is easy walking distance to Ancient Town

The thing we like the least is that we won't be back for at least a year.

There's so many things to love about this place. We have stayed here several times and always appreciate the friendly staff and well layed out setting in such a great location. Their offer of free afternoon eating treats and boat ride is generous, the boat ride being a great way to see the area from a different perspective. Two years ago, we were staying at this resort during a super typhoon and witnessed firsthand how the staff worked so well together during their clean-up. It was lovely to feel and see a strong sense of recovery and freshness with all the new lanterns they've put up since then. Being back here was great, and we plan to return again to this delightful resort next year.

What's not to like about this place? The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. The outlook from our balcony delightful!

Many types of food were offered for Breakfast - by the end of our stay I was having Pho for breakfast instead of cereal and fruit. Members of staff conversed with us to improve their english and made us feel welcome.

Although we loved the swimming pools and made use of the pool side bar, we did wish that the pools were cooler. They seemed to be just like a warm bath, when we would have appreciated something a bit more refreshing. We did however find another smaller pool which was a bit cooler, but hadn't been told about it.

Exceptional hotel - most beautiful pools and amazing view to the river, with a lot of greenery and beautiful flowers all around the hotel area. Delicious breakfast with great choice. Highlight of the hotel is definetly the local food which is served daily outside - this was the most tasty food we have eaten in Vietnam! Rooms on the river side are great, comfortable, big, clean. Very short walk to the city center, but still very quite at day and night, Much recommended!!

Families with small kids be careful when your kids use swings in the hotel (especially circle swing) which are very lovely but could be dangerous for small children - our daughter fell from the swing and broke her collarbone there.

We are return visitors to this hotel. We love the setting and the pools. Well priced and comfortable.

The room was a little sparse (though spacious) and the bathroom adequate, but well priced considering. Breakfast was good with plenty on offer. Most afternoons there are free local food available poolside which we enjoyed. Staff were mostly fabulous, though as we were leaving, having sent a extremely hot morning at My Son, when we asked for a bottle of water at the front desk [free in the room every day] this was too hard to organise. Having stayed four nights, this was a little disappointing

Lovely breakfast and the location was great. Only a short walk to the markets each night and to the Old Town, with all the restaurants and shops.

The pool temperature was like a warm bath which was not refreshing at all if you are out exploring in the day and want to come back to a nice cool dip. Also, the beds were hard in the room I stayed in (Twin), although friends I travelled with had a double and said theirs was comfortable.

2nd time in this beautiful resort hotel. Nothing much has changed in 3 years except a larger excellent swimming pool. Our room (802) with a terrace and a view to the river. Excellent breakfast Friendly staff Walking distance to the city centre.

The hight noise (70db sometimes) from the tourist boats passing near the riverside between 3pm to 6pm in the afternoon. There are too many without exhaust pipe or muffler. Fortunately it is only in the afternoon. Nights and mornings are quiet. Wifi was unstable in our room.

The hotel is a little oasis - a short walk from the centre of Hoi An old town but quiet and set back from everything to make it feel private and serene. The hotel buildings are all low rise, set in GORGEOUS gardens and with a few pools. The rooms are spacious, we had a lovely river view and they were clean and comfortable with great and very essential aircon! The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Tan who was always smiling at breakfast and happy to chat! Really didn’t want to leave!
