The Riverside Homestay is an excellent choice in Hoi An. Despite its proximity to the town center (10-15 minutes by bicycle), it offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The well-connected surroundings make it easy to explore key attractions like the old town center, An Bang beach, rice fields, or a basket boat tour. Kiet and his lovely family, the owners, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The delightful breakfasts and a memorable dinner invitation on our last night enhanced the fantastic experience. They also managed our laundry and taxi transfers. Our rooms mirrored the advertised pictures, showcasing a tasteful interior design. The homestay was exceptionally clean and tidy. Our time at this homestay was truly outstanding.

Kien and his family are just beautiful human beings. We feel so grateful that we could spend time with them and for everything they did for us. Villa is so nice and clean exactly as on pictures, breakfasts were very good and the pool just awesome. Also location is really quiet but super safe and just 15 mins cycling to the old town (you can rent them for free :)). We got invited for dinner but also breakfast out and had a chance to taste some local food which we would have never tried. Kien also arranged tours/tickets/taxi and basically everything for us. 120% recommend it! Thank you for having us, we had so much fun and enjoyed the whole stay🫶

Kiet and his family were a very friendly host and helped us with all our requests. The homestay has very nice large rooms with good beds, a nice view and a small but atmospheric pool which almost feels like a private pool! They also invited us to join family dinner which was very tasteful and pleasant to talk with Kiet and other guests If you want to stay in a quiet place but still close enough to the Hoi An Old Town by bike (10 min), then this is the place to stay. Thank you Kiet for a great couple of days!

The homestay is not located at walking distance of the Old Town so to get there you can borrow bikes for free (10 min ride) or use a taxi. You’ll get a peaceful place and environment in return

The loveliest place we have stayed in Vietnam!! The property itself is beautiful and in a really lovely location on Cam Nam island so really peaceful overlooking the river, yet only 10 minutes by (free) bike to the Old City. Lovely pool to cool down in after a hot day sightseeing. The breakfasts are amazing, so much delicious food offered!!!! You won’t be hungry afterwards!! However the main reason this is a wonderful place to stay is due to the owner Kiet who is truly one of the kindest and most generous people you will ever meet!! He welcomes you into his home and really makes you feel like part of the family, and we so enjoyed sharing a meal with him and his family and the other guests on our last night. Cannot recommend this property enough and we will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Hoi An - thank you so much Kiet!! 🙏

Nothing!!! Everything was wonderful!

Kiet and family at the Homestay were really friendly and professional. Kiet gave us good suggestions and ideas for what we could do and see while in Hoi An. The rooms are big, clean and the beds are really good. The breakfast was tasteful with the option for both Vietnamese and European food. On one evening they invited us and the other guests for dinner with the family, if you get that opportunity I would recommend you to say yes. Good food, good conversations and laughter filled the room.

The room is very clean and spacious. Appartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood, about 15 minutes cycling to the old city. The use of bicycles is free. But what makes this house extraordinary is host Kiet and his family. They are warm and caring people and nothing is too much for them. Kiet arranged a motorbike for us, went to the market to buy some repairs, helped us organise our self drive transfer to Hue and much more. When you are staying in Hoi An, you should definitely stay here!!

We loved the location. It is by the river and such a lovely area. Bikes were available for free and it was a pleasant and interesting 15 minute ride into the bustle of town. It was so wonderful escaping town and getting back to the serenity of the river and the palms. The host was one of the friendliest, most generous and gentle hearted people we have ever met. The rooms were spacious and clean and the beds were supreme. Breakfasts are complimentary and generous and on our final morning, when we had to leave early, he packed us a scrumptious breakfast which we enjoyed at the airport.

Kiet's homestay is located in a quiet part of Hoi An, just a short cycle from the center. The views around are incredible - palm trees, river, corn fields.. The homestay itself is clean and the rooms are very spacious. Kiet is the most welcoming and caring host - he helped us with arranging trips around Hoi An and recommended many great places to see and visit. Staying at Riverside Hamlet you will have a chance to taste Vietnamese food (which is optional for breakfast), learn more about Vietnam (Kiet is very open and happy to have a chat) and just relax as the place is very calm.

It is a lovely place, owned by a very nice family, surrounded by garden and palm trees. They did everything they can to make us feel comfortable. The room was pretty big and full of light. The owner spoke really good English and helped us with everything, renting a scooter, laundry and even pick up when we left. The breakfast was delicious.

They need to do some repairs in the room and ventilated because it was a little bit smelly. The location was a bit too far for us from the old city.

Great host, tranquil, non touristy, beautiful location. Keit, our host, was so attentive and caring to us. He shared so many tips and recommendations and was like a private travel consultant. His wonderful family cooked a feast for us on our last evening, too. Vietnamese hospitality personified in this amazing family. Thanks for the best memories that will stay with us 😊
