Extremely good value. Big room with a Sea view. Daily housekeeping, we enjoyed the large bed. The pillows were very comfortable. Because of the low price I was a bit scared but everything was perfect. Even the breakfast buffet had a decent choice. The beach is 5 min walk. I think the people who give low reviews forgot how much they paid.

Gym

The location was fantastic, right near the beach and with fabulous vies of the beach from the hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well appointed and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel had an excellent swimming pool. It is such excellent value for the price, would definitely stay there again!

We arrived late in the day when it was dark and when we had checked in and got to our room the view from our massive window was great. When we woke the next day and opened the curtains the view was even more spectacular! The buffet breakfast had a large selection of dishes, hot and cold, to choose from - all of which we tried were delicious. The hotel was very well positioned to reach the beach, which was fabulous to take time to relax.

Check out was slightly delayed due to "someone needing to check our room" where we were told we needed to pay for a bottle of water we'd used from the fridge. There was no indication that water from the fridge was chargeable whereas water not in the fridge was free. Clearer notice of this would have been good.

Great hotel for location and value for money.

This is our third time here,breakfast could still be improved Needs cereals and better juice. Pool area still needing attention Broken tiles in pool,not enough sun beds and covers very dirty. Don’t expect a gym,it’s just 1 bench,some dumb bells and a running machine next to pool area. When booking a room best to book senior room with walk in shower,other rooms have free standing bath with shower over and we found slippy and low pressure in shower.

Everything. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We wanted to see the room beforehand which was no problem. As the price was different in reception compared with booking.com (online price) we could just book through the app and then got access to our room. Once we had settled we wanted to extend our stay which was no problems at all and we got the same price as online without having to change anything through booking.com. As we planned on leaving in the evening, we asked for a late check out which was no problems (they charged 50% of the price) which was worth it for us. Our room was spacious and cleaned. Daily house keeping. 2 small bottles of water a day included. Pool at the rooftop for no extra surcharge. Located really close by dive shops, the beach, restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back to Apus.

Location was great and the view from the 17th floor VIP suite was uninterrupted. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Next time I am in Nha Trang I would spend a little more for things I would like. For eg central cooling and a balcony with a view rather than just the window.

Unable to leave power on while not in the room so always came back to a stuffy room. They dont have central aircon so you have to turn on both aircons every time. The Do Not Disturb sign doesnt work unless you are in the room. Lots of rules like not being able to leave wet clothes to dry on the balcony or within the room. No towel racks. Breakfast was mediocre. But for the price all this is acceptable.

Clean and spacious. The VIP suite was exceptional, great choice and well worth the money!

Some extra basic facilities would be nice, though not a big problem. Breakfast selection was quite minimal.

Very comfortable beds and a clean modern large room. Nice view of the sea , friendly staff in a great location !

Breakfast was average for western food, all that was available was eggs, toast and omelette but this was ok. We stayed on the 15th floor and the first night i was woken by a small party next door and then again by cockerels from around 5am. Kids didn’t wake but I would suggest earplugs. The bathroom was nice although the powerful hot shower, flooded each time due to drain in wrong place and overflowed. Even though, I’d still recommend!

The hotel was very nice and close to the beach. Our room was clean and comfortable without any smell. We spent here 2 nights. We left there our baggage before check-in and also after check-out. The pool on the roof top was clean. I highly recommend to visit VinPearl island with all atractions. It is worth the money. I do not recommend the trip, which the hotel offered us. It was called "snorkling" but it was everything but not snorkling - the company took us to the port, we went on a boat to the island, we stayed there for 2 hours and we could snorkle, but it was only normal beach with many tourists. Then we had lunch and another 2 hours at hotel resort with pool and many tourists from many other boats. We could pay 750 VND more to go diving. I was very dissapointed, but it was at least cheap and they gave us traditional vietnamese lunch.

It is in a good location, close to everything. The prices for the rooms are very reasonable. The rooms (we had 2) were clean.

The breakfast wasn’t great. The omelette’s and eggs etc were fine but everything else was a bit lacking. The juices were weak and diluted down and the water was not chilled or cold at all. But in saying that the rooms were VERY cheap so I kind of think you get what you pay for. It was fine for my husband and I but my fussy kids had to eat elsewhere. If you are a gym junkie look elsewhere as the facilities are just a treadmill and some weights up by the pool.
