Aaron Hotel was exceptional and our absolute favorite stay during our trip to Vietnam. The room was spacious and clean, with powerful air conditioning. We loved the large bathroom and giant comfortable, giant bed. We looked forward to returning to the hotel room nightly and resting in peace. The location was ideal — in a quiet part of a central street, minutes away from the beach. We were able to sleep well due to the quietness and safe location. The breakfast was superb. A hot soup option every morning, plenty of fresh fruit, and a variety of western & Vietnamese options. We loved that there were different options to choose from daily. In particular, the staff were very helpful! Dũng was very helpful in coordinating our transport to & from the airport. They were flexible with our early check-in and securely stored our luggage when our flight was delayed. We would highly recommend this place for travelers and hope to be back! Thank you to Dũng and the team at Aaron hotel!

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful, particularly in pointing out to me what was vegetarian. Which was most important to me. Location was perfect for beach and local restaurants. TV screen in room was dark and difficult to see as brightness was difficult to control. Just a minor issue which I'm sure staff could have rectified if I had contacted them. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

Maybe extend breakfast time to 10.30am. A lot of travellers arrive very late and also party late and would appreciate a later breakfast time.

1. Poor soundproofing 2. The days I visited were windy, so the windows were very noisy (not the sound of the wind, but the windows themselves were shaky). I reported to the counter, and thankfully, they assigned me another room. 3. The wifi was not stable, it went on and off in my first room (1401), but got way better in my second room (1503).

You can walk to several restaurants, supermarkets, and massage shops. The beach is also very close and there is a small swimming pool and gym at the top. The room is clean, cool and spacious. There are stairs to the lobby. The size of the room is larger than expected, the windows are large and openable, and there is also a small terrace. The morning breakfast had a simple selection of dishes.

perhaps because it was the weekend, the sound of people's music could be heard from the street all night long.

Really nice room, comfortable and a window in the bathroom to avoid that damp smell we’ve experienced in other places in Vietnam. Staff were attentive but not overly so which we like. Really close to everything with short walk to beach and nice restaurants. Great value for money.

Would avoid the breakfast unless you like eggs and only eggs. The rest of the offer for breakfast wasn’t good. Also, do not book if you want this hotel for the gym. We realised on arrival it was just a couple of running machines / cardio machines by the pool bar and no weights/strength training equipment. However there are lots of outdoor gyms along the beach to use.

I reviewed this hotel in May 2022 and gave only an average 5 review. I returned for a second stay and i must say, a lot has changed. so lets look at the pro's first: Location is great, about 100m to the beach shopping mall about 50m lots of restaurants / mini marts etc within 10m walk or closer. Rooms are as described both in photos and in description. The rooms are of a good size, clean, usual amenities, such as fridge, hair dryer, kettle, small seating area, TV The beds i found to be comfortable, the mattress is not hard but not too soft, kind of in the middle. The bathroom is of good size with good hot and cold water for the shower. The elevators are clean and have enough space for 3 people with suitcases. The breakfast has very much improved, consisting of, juice, coffee, tea, water, various Vietnamese noodle dishes, some salad, cereals, toast, eggs cooked to your preference and some fruit. Very suitable for a 3 star hotel. The wifi in my room was good, not great but overall ok. There is a young man in the breakfast area who cooked our eggs in the morning, i think his name is đồng, he is a very nice ad friendly young man, the hotel management should develop this you man into a more responsible role, especially customer facing, he is a very good young employee who they should appreciate. Overall I would take my family back here with no concerns.

The Con's Not many this time. The gym is still not a gym, it is still just a few exercise bikes and a treadmill, no weights. The wifi in my mothers room was not as good as in my room, she had trouble streaming video content. The pool wasn't cleaned one day and it is on the 22nd floor so I had to take the elevator back down to report the issue. It was a problem as i travelled with a baby and i wanted to use the pool with him. The pool was cleaned on the same day but late afternoon.

Breakfast is ok, not variety but enough for easy breakfast. The room is large and located in an area that close to the beach. The opposite hotel is Vinpearl beach front hotel. Everything is perfect to stay for short.

Little things I just don't like that the hotel is not at the main road. I have to walk to the main road for waiting Grab car. Another thing, the sound from the pubs and bars nearby came into my room at 10th floor.

Great location close to restaurants, shops and almost on the seafront. We had a great view from our bath of the sea. Staff were friendly. Breakfast options were more Vietnamese than Western style but staff made fried eggs and pancakes fresh each morning. Bed was very comfortable and the room was a great size. Very small balcony couldn't really sit out on it but had a lovely view. AC in the room was good. Pool was nice and gave good views of the sea.

We had a room facing out on to the road and it was quite noisy at night. The room lets a lot of noise in we could hear the elevator button being pressed and knocks on others doors from our room. There is a bar on the seafront that plays music until 2am and we could hear this from our room - not much the hotel can do about this one though. Would recommend to ask for a room facing away from the road if you are a light Sleeper.

great central location across the road from the beach and many good places around. The bed was extremely comfortable, room was large and clean. most staff helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was lovely and they make any style egg fresh to order.

The steps at the pool are made of marble and are extremely slippy I fell and bruised my leg and back. I was lucky it was just bruises as the step edges are sharp. everywhere else they have these marble steps they have grips except from the pool area this really needs to be addressed as it is extremely dangerous!

Location, few blocks from the beach; staff very welcoming and supportive; rooms cleaned everyday - wonderful cleaning staff.

Restaurant food was repetitive, boring and insipid - menu did not change in 5-days, coffee was lukewarm. This property does not have a gym. They have 3 stationary bikes. When I contacted management regarding this issue. I received a ChatGPT generated email. I chose this property for their breakfast, which is included in the daily room price as well as their gym.
