The location is right opposite the beach, next to the main city, so it's quite happening at night. The mart is just down the street, attractions are not far from the hotel, walkable and taxis are everywhere. Grab food saves my savings too. Second plus point, I can watch the sunrise and sunset just from my room window, the little gym and roof top lounge. It was all simple but everything you need. Lastly but also the most important ones, all staff are friendly and there to help.

I hope the alley can be slightly brightened up for a bit.

I was greeted warmly by all the staffs (Mr Tung and Ms Sun) since the first time I arrived. The owner seems also a nice person. The cleanliness of this hotel is superb. For the rate I paid, I get much more in return. Beautiful view to the beach, complete amenities... I can go on with more compliments. They even let me use the storage after checkout and shower before my overnight bus. Definetely will comeback if I visit Nha Trang. Thanks for all the team to provide affordable room without compromising the quality:) Good job and good luck to you guys.

Only minor point on the breakfast, but it doesn't prevent me to give 10 to them. As a suggestion to the hotel, the breakfast could be more creative (I ordered bread with butter+coffee). For 60k, I wouldn't expect an instant coffee. Hope it will be improved ;)

The staff were amazingly helpful, the location was minutes walk from the beach and the room itself was comfortable just as advertised. The breakfast in the morning was great (even for vegetarians). I would highly recommend this place for everyone!!!

Nothing, everything was amazing :)

The hotel staff were exceptional from before we got there until after we left - particularly Sun and Ha really went far above and beyond to make sure we were really comfortable, helped us book excursions and provided us with recommendations. Overall they took fantastic care of us during our stay and even thoughtfully arranged an early breakfast for us before an excursion. The room, location and facilities were all excellent and perfect for what we were looking for. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Of course, I understand everything, the settlement policy and so on. But when at 12:00 10 people sit in the lobby and wait until exactly 14:00 to check in - this is the first time I meet

Just across the road from the beach. Walking distance to many businesses, restaurants, night market. Breakfast offered. Nice view from our room on the 7th floor. Also, there's a gym and a pool on the 10th floor, which provides good views as well. Friendly and helpful staff. There's a small balcony where we dried our wet clothes.

Not much. The air conditioner wasn't too strong, but did manage to keep the room at an acceptable temperature, though it took a while to get there if you were out for the day and the room warmed up.

I'd like to give 💯 marks for Azura Gold Hotel. We had stayed 5 nights here for our Nha Trang's holidays. Many thanks for Ms. Sun 🌞, Ms. Quynh (hope that is correctly spelling), Ms. TRAM and another kind staff that I didn't know their names (all wonderful gentlemen staffs). Azura Gold Hotel staff are very supportive and professional, they help their customers have easy life when staying this hotel. Yay. VERY smart choice when selecting this Hotel. Friendly staff service and converse well in English.

Water ponding on road leading to hotel especially during raining day is very inconvenient for guests moving in and out of hotel.

Great location with just a street away from the beach. Located in an alley but taxis could access easily. Spacious room with firm and very comfortable beds and plenty of storage. Cute bathroom. My room was on level 7 thus great view of ocean from big windows. Sunrise was a magnificent view. Curtains blocked out the sunlight well if we needed a nap. Service was efficient, very friendly and easygoing. The pool on level 10 was small but clean and has great view. There was a gym on level 9 with a treadmill, some weights, exercise bike and a massage chair. I can't fault the stay!

None. But a handrail on the stairs connecting the pool level with the lift level would make it 100% perfect.
