Wonderful location. Massive room with stunning views of Vinpearl ! Much more than I thought. Next to the beach, Sailing Club and anything you need. Markets, bars, restaurants etc. The ladies clean super good your room. Water every day. Very cute pool with amazing views. We had so much fun there. The lovely man that spend the nights in reception is very kind and supportive. Ladies at the reception are very nice and even don't speak much english we did communicate well. Incredible VALUE FOR MONEY

Has zero facilities except the pool and small gym with no aircon. No breakfast, nothing or no where to hang out But is a good excuse to get out. Thank you for looking after me so well. I got the best room possible !!

The room is comfortable and quiet, with plenty of space, a large wardrobe, and a very spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The room is cleaned daily, and the towels are changed. The reception, cleaning, and maintenance staff are very attentive; we had an issue with the lock, and they resolved it quickly. The rooftop pool is nice; it’s small but very clean and has loungers and tables, making it ideal for relaxing. There is also a small gym. It's in a very central area, with all kinds of shops and services nearby.

The hotel is a bit old, and this is noticeable in the facilities. Sometimes, there was a slight smell of tobacco coming through the ventilation ducts. The gym lacks air conditioning; it's on the rooftop and gets quite hot.

Lovely room and cute little balcony with a great view. Had everything I needed in the room and bathroom and lovely amount of space. I didn't realise I booked a room for 3 people until I got there but it was great! Location was perfect and the rooftop pool was a treat and a nice place to hang out away from the hustle of the streets.

When I got to the top level to get to the pool all the lights were off and looked like a construction site. If it weren't for people jumping onto the elevator from the rooftop I would have never found it or knew it was open. So would have been nice to know the state of the top floor haha

Room was fantastic. Clean big and a private balcony. Having a bathtub was a huge bonus and location is good and very near the beach. Motobike hire was available and the quality of the bike was very good

We wanted to extend our stay by 1 night and they made it very difficult it felt like the receptionist didn’t want to talk to us so after stating there for 15 mins trying to book another room we cut our losses and went back the next morning- the morning we were supposed to check out. We had fantastic service from a different lady and she extended our stay very easily. The pool was also empty when we stayed which wasn’t the end of the world but would’ve been nice to know before hand. They were filling it back up the day we left

Rooftop gym and pool area were better than most and great view of beach and Vinpearl Island. Location is a short walk to beach and shops. I would stay again

The staff at reception were not rude, but not very welcoming or friendly. The price per night was very good though. I was on 6th floor and only had view of the wall of building next door, but again ,for the price, i was overall very happy.

Super helpful and friendly staffs, walking distance to the beach, a lot of foods, convenient store closed by. Can even leave the luggage there after checkout and have a quick shower when I came back from the beach.

The bath is clean, toilet is clean but the water tank is not, that disgusts me sometimes.

Lovely comfortable room with big bathroom. The building is slightly outdated but our room was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provided. Location is excellent. 3 min walk to the beach and 5mins into the centre where there are some fab restaurants. The pool area was nice and had a great view

Gym facilities very basic but good to have them!

rooftop pool was lovely and open late. location was great, two min walk to beach and nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. secure safe/locker and hotel room! was nice and quiet with a wonderful view (bay, city and mountain view). while not all staff spoke english, they were helpful and booked us a taxi cheaper than the rideshare options like grab :)

I express my gratitude to the staff of Golden Rain 2 for their friendliness and customer focus. They always go to meet the guest. I would like to mention several advantages: the rooms have bathtubs, which is very nice, the rooms also have safes in which you can store valuables. The swimming pool and small gym on the 17th floor are a big advantage of this hotel. There is also a gorgeous view from the pool area.

Nice rooftop swimming pool with good views. Close to the beach. The rooms were basic, however were clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Friendly staff, especially the older security man who sits out front.

There wasn't a plug for the bathtub but not the end of the world. The shower was nice.
