Excellent and varied breakfast, welcoming and caring staff and great pool facilities. Everything about this hotel is good! the staff threats you with so much respect and they really care about you. As soon as you run into any problem at all, they will be happy to help you regardless of the situation.

The location was perfect, very close to the beach and only a few minutes' walk to the centre of town. My original room was a little too hot, so the staff changed it and also arranged for the AC to be reset so I could lower the temperature to 18 degrees. Very impressed!

Location is comfortable - close to the beach and 'all the action', shops, restaurants. The View is nice. The pool was pretty great. We got an upgrade and some fruit - that was very cute 🖤
You get one key card which is also an electricity card so AC goes off when you leave the room what means that you return in pretty boiling room as one wall is glass. They have a system of electronic 'do not disturb' sign which also goes off when you leave your room so not really point of that. They changed all the towels daily even though it says that you can leave on the rack if you don't want to switch it out which we did. No bathrobes and only two smaller pillows available.

Very helpfull and friendly staff. Rooms and view were as expected. Food was good as was the variety of choice. View from the pool on the city and the beach and ocean is truly great. Surroundings need some development, but good overall.
The smell at the hallways wasn't always very nice, but as soon as you are in your rooms, that is no issue.

The receptionists were helpful and nice.
1. The airconditioner must be repositioned so that it does not blow directly to the face when sleeping. 2. The house keepers must be retrained because they did not clean the bathroom properly and they always forgot to provide shaver.

Nicely finished bedrooms
Watch out for the rooms without the windows. At the same side the rooms with windows are extremely loud as there is a bar on the street which features life music until late in the night.
