We stayed at Libra for almost a week and absolutely loved our time here. The rooms are gorgeous, big, airy, are spotless and very modern! The bed and overall setup of the room was to such a high standard. The free breakfast was a wide array of continental, local, regional, and international options, which made breakfast time such a delight! The gym is well equipped, and there's also a pool! The staff is very warm and welcoming, and the hotel also arranges free pick up and drop to a private beach nearby. Its one of the best hotels I've stayed at, and Vietnam is my 48th country, so that says it all!

That was so amazing! We struggled with choosing hotel to stay in Nga Trang, because our vacation time was limited. So we didn't want to be uncomfortable in Nga Trang and we choose this hotel. Everything like on the pictures, rooms has breathtaking view, stuff was so helpful and cool. Room cleaning every morning, very clean inside the hotel. Breakfast was good enough to enjoy it. The location is right in the center of all small shops, restaurants, beach. We so enjoyed spending our time there. Definitely one of the places you feel safe in. If we will go there one more time, we will stay at this hotel. Hotel also has swimming pool, there was no ppl in it.

The staff were welcoming and eager to help. Linh and her team were there to answer any questions. The hotel is located in close proximity to the beach, night market and clean massage places! Ideally for recharge. The hotel has a decent gym with a Smith machine and up to 32kg dumbbells you can get a nice workout there. The breakfast consists of a noodle soup, freshly cooked eggs and a selection of European food good enough for me but don't expect a culinary experience. Overall a great stay and I will book again!

The only negative I can think of is that I wasn't allowed to bring my date to the room as the staff said it was too late, maybe allow some flexibility guys 😅

The hotel is excellent value for money. The breakfast options were really good, it would be great if the times were extended to finish at 10/10.30am instead of 9.30am. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a full sea view room which was very comfortable. A special shout out to Linh who really made our stay here, one of us was really ill during our stay and she always had time for us and was very attentive, such a lovely person!

Great smart TV in the room but pretty much pointless as only a few select channels available (hardly any in English) The rooms are nice but a bit small for size

Room: clean and spacious, great view, comfortable bed, good shower, cleaned daily, free water daily Breakfast: lots of lovely options, loads of fruit, yogurt, cereal, freshly cooked egg station, traditional Vietnamese options too Facilities: decent sized gym with all equipment to do a full body weights session, pool had a great view, also free use of snooker table which was fun Location: spot on, close to all the main attractions Staff: so helpful and friendly whenever we interacted, also got a lovely welcome drink Price: the best thing about this place - incredible value for money!

the pool table area lacks air-co

This is a very pleasant and comfortable above mid range hotel in the centre of the city. It ticks all the necessary boxes with ease. I had a discounted booking which made it even better.

Well, the check out was a bit disastrous. I don’t blame the booking clerk. He said he was only following “process”. But they were unable to find a cheap missing teaspoon and kicked up such a fuss as far was wanting me to pay for this missing cheap as shit tin teaspoon. I refused because I didn’t remove it. But it was a poor show and “process” has to be reviewed.

I found the hotel very nice. Good location. There are a lot of cafes around the hotel. The hotel administration upgraded my room for free. They provided good room with see view. The hotel is defenetly wothr the money.Enjoyed. Recommended

Due to the panoramic window in the room, there is no possibility of opening the window to get fresh air.

Location was excellent, rooms with ocean views are spectacular, exceptionally clean, great bathroom, a nice breakfast but not outstanding,

Contact with front desk staff arranging rooms as per booking was underwhelming and frustrating and The Libra offers motorcycle rental from the basement parking garage but I later found out when I challenged them on supplying unroadworthy scooters that The Libra endorses them but had no idea what scooters were on offer. Very disappointing service and no regard for customer safety.
