Nice pool and sea view. Very attentive and friendly staff

Dirty gym. No buffet breakfast on my last day. No rooftop bar and the pool bar closes too early (10pm). No restaurant.

The hotel is clean in every way, the rooms are comfortable, the views are wonderful, the staff is helpful. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar was closed due to the wind and it was not possible to visit it. The water in the pool on the 4th floor was cold and the wind blew the cocktails off the table. The hotel is located outside the center and although there are enough bars, restaurants and other establishments around it, I would still like to be closer to the center for walking and sightseeing.

Everything was perfect great friendly helpful staff, rooms perfect luxury, facilities fantastic, fantastic location, and price to stay was unbelievably so cheap 5 days 4 nights 3 adults I child including breakfast £112 so happy we stayed there definitely be back soon.

Well, because of Covid, the restaurants and bars were shut. That's not the hotel's fault. But for the first couple of days, it did feel very strange staying in a hotel where none of the advertised facilities were actually operating.

Very comfy, great view, quiet location but still close to Hon Chong beach. Delicious and filling breakfast. Friendly staff.

It took about one hour to check-in. A bit frustrating. Rooftop bar and restaurant were closed due to tourism slump (not the hotel's fault really).

I would not stay here again given the downsides. On the plus side, the staff at the cafe/pool area were lovely, made excellent coffees, and the limited breakfast options were delicious.

The enormous lobby didn’t have a single light on. Very unwelcoming. Then, the reception staff looked completely confused when we asked to pay to upgrade to a larger room. They told us to speak to booking dot com. Which makes no sense, as payment is made directly to the hotel and not to the website. The smell of smoke was HORRIFIC in the corridors outside our room and near the lifts. It seeped into our room every time we opened the door. Why on earth there is smoking in a hotel where you can’t even open the windows and there are no balconies is a mystery and made for a really awful experience.

I booked this hotel for business trip using my wife booking.com account. The view of sea-view room is ok, as you can expect from sea view room. Beautiful but not stunning though. I would give it fair as all of sea view rooms in the hotels around would get the same scene. Plus, we came to Nha Trang on the stormy season. So, it would not be the best scenery of this hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. It's one of a few things I can enjoy in this hotel.

The cleanliness of the room is OK in general. However, I can feel some dusk in the bed in my first night. I guess that the hotel did not have guests for a long time due to covid. So, this is understandable to me. The service is mixed between good and bad. But it would lean to bad service in my opinion. This is not something you would expect from 5-star hotel. The worst part is that the hotel does not have the airport shuttle service as advertised. Two days before arrival, we asked the hotel for airport shuttle as we will arrive Nha Trang airport in the late evening. The hotel said that they did not provide airport shuttle service. We later found out that they only provided the airport shuttle to a big group of people. The second worst part is that the hotel staffs did not really respect their customers if you came from certain nationals. When we checked-in the hotel, the staff wanted to keep my passport with them for the whole stay. However, they did not ask the same question to my Japanese colleague. It might be shown on my facial expression that I was not happy about this, and the staff did back off and did not keep the passport. There are a few more things I didn't like about this hotel, which I somehow can tolerate with that. But the above two points are the things that off-limit for me.
