Rooms are spacious and well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful. Don't miss the alley between two large buildings next to the hotel, filled with fresh tropical fruits and delicious Vietnamese coffee.

Large room in a great location (close to the beach and on a busy street); breakfast options were good too

1) the toilet had a sewage smell that persisted throughout our 2 nights stay. 2) we were only given 1 toilet paper roll everyday, a minimum of 2 would be appreciated. 3) the mattress is smaller than the wooden bed board below, and i knocked my shin/knee into the board on the first day and caused some bruising 4) one of the pillow cases was dirty when we flipped it over, which we only realised after the first night of sleep. 5) there were no instructions on how to use the safe in the room. 6) there was no face tissue/box tissue in the room, and even when we requested for it, we were only given toilet paper.

The location is perfect right in the middle of the main tourist area. Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, good food for breakfast there is something for everyone just don't be too picky. It's a large room and we were very comfortable everything worked well and although you can see some signs of aging in the room ( a bit of peeled back wall paper, small spots of old mold in the corner of the shower but that's about it. ) We will definitely be staying again in the future! Also this is a pretty honest review, we're usually pretty fussy and for Vietnam I couldn't have asked for more! In fact this is better than some of the Australian hotels/airBnB I've been in. And just remember that there is steep competition in Nha Trang so if something isn't right just ask them to fix it they'll usually get onto it to make sure you're happy😄

Hmmmm maybe a small freshen up of each room would be great just to 'update' the look a bit more. Otherwise nothing to complain about really.

Centre of the area, friendly staffs, great breakfast option, clean rooms. Perfect soundproofing. It was on the most busiest street but couldn't hear any street noise at all.

Smoking in front of the building while the doors were open weren't great. I had to walk through that group of smokers to enter the building, and I could smell it while I was waiting for a lift. And there are many tourists bt group so public area such as lobby, lift, and restaurant were quite noisy.

Great location and close to the beach and everything else in a walking distance. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious with nice balcony view. Breakfast offers lots of options. Reasonable prices.

Staff is very friendly however not very reactive. Eg they don’t pick up the reception phone quickly and a bit slow in general. Elevators are a bit of an issue as they break down often, they take forever to come and they are usually full on peak times eg breakfast times, so you need to wait for the next one which takes forever.

We have been upgraded to a bigger room and it was very nice. Shower was nice and water is hot instantly. Swimming pool was very nice. Big enough with nice view. Great location. Higher floor is recommended as street is noisy but then it is town centre. Very convenient! Breakfast is so nice with lots of fruits n salad. Good varieties.

Sauna hasn't been working otherwise everything is perfect.

Wonderful views. Gorgeous roof top. Fair price for drinks in comparison to other hotel bars in Vietnam. Comfortable bed. Big mirrors. Great location. Big breakfast selection.

Cleanliness of the room could have been slightly better. It seems the cleaners just make the beds and swap the towels with no cleaning floors/surfaces as a minimum. The pool on the roof top is covered and we would prefer an uncovered to sunbathe. Minor as there’s the beach 400m away. The breakfast is great if you’re not vegetarian. Lots of people coughing over everything though with no manners

My experience at Virgo Nha Trang Hotel was beyond delightful. Although I booked a Deluxe City View room, I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Deluxe Sea View room. The stunning panoramic ocean view from my room was mesmerizing. The room itself was luxurious and well-appointed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The attentive staff, made my visit truly memorable. The room was big , clean and cheap price, but it's just basic more like standard 3-4 start, not 5 start. Breakfast was ok, alot of options but should improve more. Should have some special food from Nha Trang and coffee should improve. Coffee at the rooftop bar was better and really good.

Breakfast looks like there are a lot of options but don't have any unique options that could experience great breakfast. The shower in the bathroom should improve, the locker can't use.
