Excellent hotel, spacious rooms with a/c and comfy beds. The family who runs the hotel is lovely and very helpful. About the location is the most convenient to stay in the area, many restaurants and massage spas around.

Very nice staff. Convenient location. Even though the street can get noisy some times, the guest rooms are shielded from the noise by the common areas. Within cycling distance of most sightseeing spots. Free bicycle loan is a nice touch. My bike was in decent shape. Best breakfast I've had in Vietnam. Lots of different fresh fruit, noodles, eggs cooked on demand. My room was very spacious with high ceiling. It looked freshly renovated. In fact, it was truly a beautiful room. Huge, comfortable bed.

While the room looked fresh and pretty, the common areas could use some renovation. The furniture in the room was lacking (uncomfortable couch, stool too low for the desk). A chair or two on the (otherwise nice) balcony would be great. Wi-Fi is weak, borderline unusable (tip: use the unsecured one they don't tell you about). There is a farm adjacent to the property. While the sounds of pigs and roosters can be seen as a charming part of the experience, I could have done without the frequent fires and accompanying smoke.

The staff here are exceptional. Very kind and very caring. They helped us get taxis, find our way around, print tickets and more. They are genuine and hard working, and welcoming in a way that makes your stay really pleasant. The rooms are huge and the beds are also large and comfy. The pool is a big highlight and a perfect place to cool off after a hot day trip. The rooms are clean. Also, the location is great - lots of restaurants nearby for variety and walking distance to the Tam Coc boats. we took a taxi to Trang An and Mua Caves and everything was accessible.

I have an egg allergy, so the breakfast options were limited. This wasn’t an issue for my family.

Great hotel and very friendly staff. The location of the hotel is perfect. The free bicycle service is very handy, you can easily cycle to the Mua Caves, Trang An, Bich Dong, Bird Park or just do the Tam Coc boat tour. We had a late night train to move on, and were allowed to take a shower in a room before leaving (whilst we already checked out).

There were constructions (drilling, nailing, half of the terras sealed off) at the swimming pool (placement of bamboo). Because of this we couldn’t enjoy the swimming pool whilst we were really looking forward to have a swim.

Genuinely enjoyed my stay at this place. Dinh and his family are extremely nice and took great care of me. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. There is a pool, but did not manage to try this one out as it was raining when I was there, but I bet it would be great on a hot summer day. Managed to easily do my laundry with them and rent a scooter. Location is great as well, in the middle of the hustle and bustle and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and massage parlours. Will definitely head back to this place should I ever find myself in Tam Coc again!

Everything. The breakfast was great, the room was beyond perfection. I mean it was very spacious room with TV and I even could watch the final of the world cup 2022 here so it was great, the bathroom was awesome!. Perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. To the person that was in the reception always welcoming guests with a smile I really thank you for your help I'm sorry I didn't ask your name or I just can't remember it now (sorry for that) but you were part of the reason why my stay in the hotel was magnificent by far the best place I stayed during my trip in Vietnam. You helped me renting the motorbike and you were on the lookout for your guests, always that I came back with the scooter at the end of the day you were there asking me how I was. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much! you were like a brother!

A beautiful hotel with a central location managed by a lovely family! We stayed 2 nights to visit Tam coc, Trang An and other nearby sites. The free bike rental is a great advantage, we could easily cycle to all the tourist sites like Hang Mua, Tam Coc, Trang An and the Bich Dong Pagoda. The cycling route takes you past enchanting nature, surrounded by rice fields and mountains which is beautiful! Just remember that you have to park your bike at the various sights for a small fee. The hotel is on the main road with many shops and restaurants within walking distance and there are plenty of different restaurants (also lots of vegan/vegetarian options). Our room was very spacious with a beautiful view, the facilities are simple but comfortable. All the family members who run the hotel are very friendly, not all of them speak English but that is not a barrier, we always got by with Google translate or something.

We did not have much trouble with it, but you should be aware that there are small ants in the room. We did not have any food opened in the room but the ants were attracted to the smell of packed biscuits etc.

This is very nice situated accomodation. Our beatiful room was large, with spacious bathroom and that comfortable bed!...I am 1.8m high and finnaly I found a place where my toes did not go out of bed. We had amazing view from balcony, hot water, silent air conditioning. At the reception we found a guy Dinh and he was so helpful and amazing with everything we asked for or even we did not. We mentioned that we are on honeymoon and we have recieved even a present from the hotel staff. We spent a new years eve here in Tam Coc and the hotel prepared a very nice celebration where we taste some wine and had some local food. You can rent bikes for free or motorbike for a small fee. Staying at Tam Coc and this hotel was our best experience in Vietnam. Everyone here were in good mood everytime. Thank you. And of course I strongly recommend.

The hotel is very nice and the staff incredibly attentive and helpful (especially Ding who was always going above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed ) . The room was spacious and comfortable. We were able to rent a motorcycle directly from the hotel. Breakfast has a good variety of choices and was very satisfying.

The only things I can fault is volatile wi-fi (as was often the case at other places we stayed), the pool area which could be organised and maintained better and lack of full size toiletries (sachets instead). Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
