The staffs, especially June, were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay a fantastic experience. They recommended excellent activities to enjoy in Sunset Town and the surrounding areas. Although we encountered a minor issue with the room due to heavy rain causing a leak, the staff promptly resolved it and even offered complimentary drinks as compensation. The free ticket includes the cable car ride, entry to the theme park, and access to the Kiss Bridge. The café serves delicious coffee, and I'll definitely miss their Salt Coffee. Their egg coffee is a must-try too. All in all we had a wonderful experience at Lotus Home Cafe 🤗

The place is cute and nice. The staff are nice. The rooms were a good size. The location is perfect.

The included breakfast is a joke...they make you choose one item then you have to buy the rest including tea or coffee. The room was clean but the bath tub was not clean. The staff could barely understand English so wrong orders . The ticket offer has to be redeemed one day after checking in forcing you to stay 2 nights and also you have to book 2 nights if travelling 2 or else you buy another ticket.

You can see fireworks from the room!!!! I love everything from Lotus Home Cafe. Fantastic long room, there are 2 windows in the room, one is for the ocean and bridge view, another is the European street view. Great location close to cable car, night market, and Kiss Bridge. The lobby has a homely and fashionable style I really like it and their breakfast is outstanding!!! I will definitely come back to this high-value stay.

The bed makes noise with any movement. The pipe in the bathroom has a funny smell sometimes.

The price-quality rate is great, facility is well-kept, staff is willing to help and in general people are good. Tickets to waterpark included in price is such a generous bonus, we loved it. And not a big deal with a toilet - curtains hides everything well, we saw 3 different rooms, in all of them you can hide it. :)

There was a small mixup with rooms during check in, but not a big deal. Also, not sure why, but in the morning when we were dressing up a staff member entered our room without any knock on the door...

Love how closed it was to all the famous place to take pics and to the beach. Room was very aesthetically pleasing

You need to put up the cleaning sign or else they wont clean ur room. Even so you did, they only sweep the floor and make up ur bed..didnt change the towel etc

Breakfast was good. Delicious. Since I picked the bread version, it fills me up pretty well. I did kept the second half for my next snacking.

Since I picked the bread version, the sausage could be better if there was a choice for the type of meat. Also, we would appreciate if beverage such as coffee, tea and/or juices to be included with the breakfast

The Room was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. All looked brand new. Coffee downstairs was great too. The host was very helpful and friendly as well.

Very nice boutique hotel. Has everything. Extremely helpful staffs. Rooms are big and comfy. Breakfast and drinks are delicious.

There is no backup power for the elevator. That means if the city has rolling blackout, it will be very difficult for people cannot climb steps.
