Breakfast was excellent, such a wide choice of foods, all fresh and good quality. I enjoyed having my two eggs cooked in front of me to my taste and my wife enjoyed all the various Vietnamese food on offer. The hotel staff rose above and beyond in their help to us in making sure we were comfortable in every way in our time there and helped with our booking of tours around the Island, both girls were amazing and very professional in their duties, always had wonderful smiles on their faces. An absolute credit to the hotel. 10/10 marks to both of them, so charming If we ever come back to Phu Quoc we would definitely stay here again.

A very dedicated and helpful staff. Very nice for a meditation retreat. Great pool! A very green environment with fruit trees and a trail along a stream.

While they offer you shuttle services (for an additional fee, the property is really far from everything (Grab won’t come to get you and will get lost on the way back).

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Always available to help and advise in dealing with our questions. The room was excellent. Very spacious with very good facilities, strong WiFi and very clean (daily housekeeping) The swimming pool was perfect and the advertised pictures do reflect how big it is. Breakfast buffet was always a treat and with a varying menu on the main food area there are also two permanent stations - one for Pho and the other for eggs of your choice (plus rice paper treats) We hired a motorbike from reception at a reasonable rate for 2 days (d150k per day) and explored both North and South of the Islands beaches. Plus there are bicycles on site for free use to look around the local area. Finally there are shuttle buses for airport transfer (even at 05:30am as ours was) and an evening bus shuttle to the night market in Phu Quoc Town (leave hotel 6pm - return to hotel 9pm) We had a wonderful 6 days.

Beautiful property, I like that it's out of the main town so it's quieter. The rooms are really beautiful and the bathtub is great. The swimming pool was clean and well cared for as well.

I had a little trouble communicating with the staff which was a little frustrating but they were trying their best. Would be nice to have some menus for drinks at the pool. i definitely would have ordered more if it was clear what was available.

I love the size of the room, very roomy and comfortable. As far as facilities concern, I wish there is more lights to it and some minor issues such as the shower heads couldn’t stand upright as I wanted…. The hotel staffs are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate to your needs. The resort is peaceful and beautiful, great place for those who want have a quite place to nuture your mind & your soul! Good value for your money. I will come back here again for sure!

A real pearl! This hotel is amazing. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to relax, away from the loud and crowded city, this is the place for you. The resort is located in a very large area, so you can't hear or see the other guests, which allows for intimacy and a real retreat. The cottages are built in a traditional style, with real tile roofs, allowing natural ventilation and no need for air conditioning even on hot days. The pool is spectacular and virtually empty. The loungers around the pool are very comfortable. There are no attractions around the hotel, which ensures peace and quiet. At the same time, the beautiful beaches, or the night market, or the amazing water puppet theater is everywhere close (15 to 30 minutes) by cab. The hotel helped us with transportation to all the places we chose, and also provided free transportation to the night market, to and from the airport. Staff exceptionally courteous and always smiling. Breakfast buffet huge, different every day, there is something for everyone.

Breakfast is served from 7-9 which was too early for us, especially since many of the breakfast dishes are for European lunch tastes. Such a brunch should be until 10, so as not to stress on vacation with the compulsion to get up in the morning.

We loved the pool area is very green and beautiful. They provide a free shuttle bus that goes once per day (evening time only) to the night market. I would recommend to stay two nights to chill in the resort but if the idea is to explore the island from there could be a bit challenging.

the location is very far from the good beaches in Phu Quoc, the transport from there is very limited it since grab doesn’t reach there. Would be great that the resort provide more timings for the shuttle bus than once per day! the hotel can call a taxi but since is very far could be a bit expensive. the breakfast is complimentary 7-9am but everyday in our experience around 8am everything was almost finished 🥲

The guy who spoke English was very forthcoming, we got a room upgrade instead of a baby cot and the missing fridge was quickly fetched as well. The pool is amazing as well as the garden and children's playground. You will also appreciate the free transport to the night market since the location is otherwise quite remote.

The staff is in a state of utter chaos. There seem to be an army of employees chilling around without real tasks and supervision. Only one guy spoke decent English. Also, the room was not very clean. The biggest problem however, is the restaurant. It is extremely overpriced and both meals and drinks were just disastrous. This is a major issue if you don't want to ride a motorbike to have a decent meal. For some reason, they end breakfast at 9, after which the restaurant staff eat the leftovers. You can see the lack of proper maintenance and management everywhere.

very nice place to stay, great pool and garden, quiet place just next to the Nat. Park (few meters to walk), very good breakfast and very friendly staff, we were satisfied and had a good relax here, free transport to and back from the night market (good to visit) free transport to/from airport/or ferry port - big plus!

only the water in the pool could be a bit more clean (some insects) and a ala carte food during the day might also be a bit better...

Pool was clean. Although the same menu everyday, the quality was consistent. Some dishes were delicious. Staffs was super friendly and helpful. My rooms were cleaned daily during my stay. Bathrooms were clean.

A couple of things. There weren't many places nearby that were within walkable distance. Quite a bit of mosquitoes when the sun set, so sitting outside at night would be quite challenging unless you apply insect repellent. Also, not many shows to watch from the TV, which was a minor issue for me.
