I like the food, the room in the hotel. The hospitiality of the staff make me feel like home. I may come back again

Relaxing environment, lots of greenery, spacious pool, airy rooms, and central location

Great location and close to the beach. Staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. Although some of the facilities were not available due to renovations, alternatives were offered at another resort close by.

As the property is still being renovated and is in the process of reopening, some areas such as the bathrooms are not presented as well as they could be.

Breakfast wasn’t the worst. Front desk lady was nice - she had to put up with a lot of grief and smiled throughout! Well done!

Where do I start? Aircon was so noisy, it was not clean, no swimming pool (or at least no water in it) not as described and my friend’s room had a leak that was more like a waterfall. It’s still under construction

Horrible experience. We could not be checked in right away, they suggested we wait 4 hours. We agreed, after 4 hours we were given a key and sent to check in. Checked in, lifted all the luggage to the second floor. After 10 minutes it turned out that in the bathroom at the socket runs a huge number of ants (photo is), and the front door is not closed when you leave the room. At the reception 1 person, solves a lot of problems, it was truly pathetic. At first they try to give us bug spray, but when they find out that the door does not close, they give us the room under ours. There turns out to be hair on the linen (photo is available) and an ANTHIll in the bathroom, ie there was supposed to be apparently a garden next to the shower and toilet, but in the end a piece of land with a lot of ants (we were in such shock that we did not film it). All they could offer us was to spend the night in a room that was closed at the top and check into another one the next day. The pool didn't work the whole time, breakfast was 15 minutes away at another hotel. We request a refund.

Receptionist could speak english. That’s the only good thing I can mention.

I booked this Hotel with my parents and we are really not hard to satisfy. However, that was the worst hotel we booked so far. It started when the driver turned into the street, which is full of Garbage and looked like a construction site. We first thought we were at the wrong place. We came before Checkin time. No lagguage room, we had to leave the suitcases alone next to the reception (no one there). We were shocked as soon as we saw the hotel. It has nothing to do with 3 stars. Really nothing. It’s more like a 10$ Hostel. The pictures are fake compared to what you get. Looks nothing like on the nice pictures. The pool could not be used as it was dirty and green. Looked like it hadn’t be cleaned for 3 years. Everything was old, broken, dirty more like a construction side. The room was not really clean and the bed sheets looked like they were not changed from the previous guests (see picture). The bathroom is an outside bathroom, which would be totally fine if it would be clean and taken care of. It looks disgusting and you have to wait for 10 minutes until you get warm water. We had a huge spider net right in the shower. Also we had a midsize lizard in the room when we first came in. We also had thousands of ants in the in the bathroom. My dad sprayed them with mosquito spray so we had the floor covered with dad ants which was really disgusting to be in that bathroom. I asked to please clean the room well due to the dead ants everywhere but the cleaning was just wiping the ants from the middle of the floor to the edge. The entire eating area was closed as well as the pool, and no one told us that in advance. Also there was no breakfast, you had to walk 10 minutes to another hotel to get breakfast which was very inconvenient. The second day the cleaning lady came at about 9 am and we asked her to please come back in 30 min., as we were talking showers at that moment and were getting ready. The result was that she didn’t clean the room at all.

The room was OK.

Everything else. Whole hotel was not ready to receive guests. Pool not available. No hot water. No cold water. No water to flush toilet . Grounds not maintained. No breakfast facilities. Area just outside hotel very dirty lots of rubbish.
