I had a great stay at Maia. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, they walked me through the app where I could book lunch/dinner and request services. We stayed at a 2-BR pool villa. The landscape is so beautiful. The bedrooms size are very decent and I particularly loved the master bathroom. There were free refills of water, soft drinks, and small treats for every night during our stay. The package that I booked allowed choosing between lunch/dinner or spa treatments. I was planning to check out the spa, but since the resort is located rather far from any good restaurants nearby, we ended up using the dinner options for all nights. They had different menus every day, but some of the food was repeated. I thought that the food was getting better towards the end of our stay. For some day, breakfast food options were even better than dinner. Food was generally good (~7/10).

The only downside is the location. Maia resort is sort of in the middle of nowhere, so calling a cab to get around is rather difficult. But this is not something that the resort can fix anyway. If I want to have lowkey relaxing stay, I would still choose Maia resort again.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at in Asia. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality villas (large and plenty of space), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels where if you book inclusive it is a decent quality. The spa experience was comparable to some of the best in the world in my opinion. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much, this is how to run a hotel!

This is one of the best resort we stayed so far on our trip. The property layout is easy access to all amenities by walking or buggy service. The foods and spa service were excellent. The staff at Maia are friendly, courteous and tentative to every guest. A big shout out to Hieu for taking care of us from checking in, foods, spa and transportation. She make us feel welcome and being at home..

Nothing, everything was perfect

The best thing about Maia is that all the staff there were very very welcoming and warm. Service level is very high and we were very satisfied with their service and hospitality. The Resort also has a very nice atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Nothing negative about them. But for those stay for more than a few days, if they had more food variation that would be nice. (Since the resort is quite far away from everything we ended up eating at the resort restaurant most of the time)

The remote location made it a much more relaxing experience. It was so quiet at night and the property grounds, room and facilities were top tier. The services provided, from being chauffeured to and from your room, to complimentary afternoon tea being Brough to the room every day, the secret little path from our horizon pool straight to the beach, to the app you can use to order room service and book dinner or spa treatments, even buggy pick up. It was all of the little extras that made this resort a complete stand out. The pride they take in their gardens and presentation or themselves, their food and drinks are exceptional.

We drink a lot of water, we went through the free bottles quickly and because you’re about 25-30 minutes from town, it became quite costly to buy simple things you would normally purchase cheaply from a local store. A shop would benefit this location greatly.

excellent hospitality, all the tiny little details were taken into account and our stay was just super relaxing. The pool villa is fabulous, really nicely made, brand new. it’s spacious and the interior is top notch. the service is on the next level, all the staff is extremely professional. we had an evening turn down service and the staff would leave complimentary homemade cakes everyday. the food in the restaurant is wonderful, excellent combination of local, Asian and European dishes. the breakfast is simply delicious, made from high quality ingredients and always very diverse. spa is divine, the facilities and services are excellent. we absolutely enjoyed all the treatments and although the prices are a bit high it’s totally worth the quality

the property is located in a very windy spot. if you want to enjoy the beach do not come in winter or early spring. the beach was closed the whole time when we were there and it was meant to reopen only in April.

The staffs so lovely, they offer me free 2 hrs early check in & 2 hrs late check out while I have evening fly. Resort also offer all free of snack, cookies + drinking bottles mini bar and free excellence cakes at 6pm. Room design, funitues & colors are perfect & feel so relax.

Water in public & villa's pool are cool. It will perfect if they are warm like other resorts I stayed in Quy Nhon or Mui Ne.

If you want to go and live in Eden, you must go to Maia Resort Quy Nhon. We enjoyed everything and despite the weather in the last 4 days (rain and strong winds) the team made us feeling home, finding activities and sharing each day a surprise. Thank you Marc, Cang and Hieu for the lovely stay at Maia resort! We recommend Garden Villa with pool - enjoyed the pool and sun in privacy. Spa - outstanding services, can switch the spa with meal if you got a demi-pension; Restaurant - fresh products, very tasty food, so much flexibility on the menu, the team can adjust according to our preferences. Cleanliness - immaculate We loved every moment we spend in Maia Resort and the great team there!

nothing, was simply perfect! maybe small improvement- i will adjust the process on the bed linen change - have the customer to put the sign on the bed for changing it when really wants not when doesn’t want (we were keep forgetting and got it changed too often)

Great staff, super attentive and helpful. The food was amazing, great breakfast with plenty of choice that also varies from day to day. Facilities where in great condition and had everything we could hope for. During some rainy days we where provided with extra entertainment-apps for the TV.

Location is pretty off, takes at least 30 min to the city. The beach was really dirty with some unpleasant surprises, the reason was allegedly the "off-season". If you go during this time, don't take the beach in to account as you won't want to visit it.

The staff were extremely caring, they were always ready to greet you with a smile and to cater your every needs. The Resort in itself is also great, it is beautifully designed, extremely confortable and with direct access to the beach. We enjoyed a wonderful Villa with its own swimming pool, yet the Resort’s pool, right by the beach, is also great and never too crowded. Finally, the Spa is a must - the daily option between half-board or a 60min spa treatment is great, and the wide range of treatment and massage options provided us the chance to try some of these different options. A levitating experience!
