There are actually two hotels next to each other, and my room was in the Sala Grand Tuy Hoa Hotel (the Sala Tuy Hoa Beach Hotel seemed to be closed). It's a very good hotel, with spacious, bright, and very clean rooms. It’s close to the beach and the promenade, although the city center is a bit far.

I felt the hotel was more oriented toward local tourism — I had a few minor communication issues, and one night, the “neighbors” held an impromptu karaoke session on the next-door balcony, which was quite noisy.

Beautiful gardens, very well looked after. The room is very comfortable with an outdoor bathroom. Felt very peaceful when you came to the room. Kid friendly hotel and friendly staff. Very easy to explore the local area.

They play loud music at the swimming pool from the afternoon onwards - for some people they may not enjoy this. Also the breakfast was a little disappointing compared to other places we have stayed in Vietnam - often many options ran out and were not replaced. But despite this it was still ok, and we have no real complaints. We had a lovely few days here and were very happy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sala Beach Hotel, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of delightful. The staff members at Sala Beach Hotel are not only incredibly friendly and helpful, but they also go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels like a valued part of the community. It was heartwarming to be greeted with a cheerful hello every time I crossed paths with a staff member. This level of genuine friendliness is a rare find and truly made me feel at home. Moreover, the hotel's strategic location allows guests to witness the beauty of the sunrise right from the comfort of their rooms. Waking up to the gentle hues of orange and pink streaking across the sky over the tranquil waters was an experience that left me in awe. There's something truly magical about being able to start your day by watching the sun emerge from the horizon, and the rooms at Sala Beach Hotel provide the perfect vantage point for this natural spectacle.

The only minor drawback I encountered during my stay was the availability of electrical sockets in the room. In today's digital age, having ample sockets to charge devices is essential. While the room was well-appointed and comfortable, having more accessible sockets would have been a convenient addition.

We loved staying here - the ocean view from our room's large window on the top floor was amazing, staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet and set up were fantastic. We stayed just for one night to stay somewhere less touristy and enjoyed wondering around the town - we walked both there and back to the train station and stopped by the local market and back streets etc which was nice. We didn't get to do much more, mostly just relaxed in our room, as the weather changed and was a bit rainy / uncertain.

Fantastic location right by the beach. Smaller dip pool in the complex, with a nice large pool across the road at the beach club. Bicycles are available to explore the area. Breakfast served early from 5:30am-9am to beat the heat. Friendly service from all staff members.

Pool club plays loud music every night which unfortunately carries across the street. It's quiet by 10pm though.

The private beach of the hotel is NOT for free even for the stay-in guests. You are required to order at least a drink/food to enter the beach area which is unreasonable and ridiculous. It should only apply to walk-in guests/guests do not stay at the hotel.

Friendly & helpful staffs, always ready for support with smiles on their faces. The hotel location is excellent in Tuy Hoa since it's next to the beautiful beach, near good restaurants, local green markets & the city square where has awesome Nghinh Phong monument.

Swimming pools were not very clean (I guess now is Phu Yen's rainy season, not many customers come, thus the hotel didn't maintain well their pools' water quality)

Such a beautiful, new, modern and clean hotel. We had a very nice and comfortable stay. I loved everything about the hotel and it had everything available. The breakfast buffet was also amazing! And the staff were all very professional and lovely. Would definitely recommend staying here :)

The property is well-located and opposite a beach with accompanying pool. The staff were very polite and welcoming from the off, helping us with our bags and providing a welcome drink. The facilities are good and the breakfast was excellent!

The beach had a club with live DJ and music playing - this made it very loud until late!

The location opposite Tuy Hoa beach was lovely. We made use of the Beach Club facilities and restaurant and were very impressed. The room and bathroom were large and well equipped, the bed was big and comfy, the breakfast was good. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cannot fault anything at the hotel during our stay.
