We spent 6 days in this wonderful hotel. We were welcomed very warmly by the smiling Aïcha as well as Mehdi and Ilyas. The hotel is located by the sea with access to a private beach. The place is magnificent. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Ilyas and Mehdi are very professional and ensure that the stay goes well. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Omar the waiter is very friendly and also Meriem. By having booked at Bavaro we have access to Tulum. A 5-star hotel (the only one in Dakhla) with spa, gym and restaurant. There is a shuttle that takes you there several times a day. We will come back!

Bavaro is situated in front of a beautiful lake and the accommodation offers a private beach and swimming pool. Bavaro perfectly offers visitors a moment to get away from the ‘beaten track’ and just relax and enjoy a holiday that you will not forget. Moreover, personnel in Bavaro are very kind and courteous. They go out of their way to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday. Also, Bavaro offers a shuttle bus (with frequent schedule) to their 2nd accommodation Tumul. Tumul also pushes back the frontier of a beautiful and unforgettable holiday experience. Just kudos to Bavaro & Tumul 👍🏽

This is difficult because it was all perfect. Actually, I have no critics they offer a pleasant service. Perhaps, the taxi from Bavaro to the Center of Dakhla is rather expensive (?) But then again; Bavaro offers a pendel bus to go to Tumul and from their Tumul can arrange a local taxi with more reasonable fairs

What can I say.. Bavaro and Tulum are the best hotels in Dakhla. The owner Karim and his wife are such good persons, they help you with all you need and they do their best for all their guests. Definitely coming back here!

The breakfast is basic they could do it better. and the service was not fast.

The room and the bathroom are spotless and huge but need maintenance on the wall.

Updated: I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service to the new manager, Mehdi, who helped to solve the issue. I finally got my refund for the double charge. Thank you again. --- My recent stay at Bavaro Beach Dakhla Hotel was a complete disaster. They charged my credit card twice, and their customer service was beyond appalling. Upon noticing the double charge, I reached out for help. The customer service team not only denied their mistake but also told me that it's my problem and not theirs. Getting hold of a manager was impossible, leaving me trapped in a frustrating loop of incompetence. Weeks went by, and the extra charge remained, draining my account. The hotel's lack of communication was infuriating, as if ignoring the problem would make it vanish. When I finished my staying and asked for the Invoice they provided one without a Stamp or a signature! promising they will email it later, but they didn't although all my calls! Save yourself the trouble – avoid This hotel. Their disregard for customers and lack of accountability are astonishing. Look elsewhere for a hotel that values your money and your experience.
