The location is superb, hotel is nice and rooms are ok but in a need of investment for renovation, facilities are becoming old at this point. The hotel has good underground parking but a little bit tight entrance. I like the facts that heating works great and hot water is always present.

The hygiene definitely needs improvement as the room wasn’t in the best condition when I arrived. The central air heating system needs cleaning. Generally the hygiene needs a lot of work, also some of the linens were ripped, but I didn’t mind them as I was in Hotel only for sleep.

The location is pretty good, you can take the subway (Konstantin...) which is 3 min walking and then in two stops you are in Serdika (city center) or in 40 min in the Airport. Also you can walk to city center and it will take 15 min. There are 3 supermarkets (2 Billa at 8 min and a Avanti 3 min just by the subway exit). I got a room (small double) in the 7th floor with amazing city views. Amenities are ok and if you compare it with the Ibis Sofia Airport this Easy hotel could have smaller rooms but is way better referred to what you are paying for.

Cleanliness... I think they could do better. It is not dirty, it's ok, just that: dust in many places, some hair in the ground of the room, etc... You will survive. To be fair, in the IBIS Sofia Airport the cleanliness was pretty much the same, even worse and you pay twice.

Room rating (comfort & size) are mediocre as I opted for the "small" room as I only needed a bed, late arrival, early departure. Reasonably priced, in a good location with friendly. efficient staff.

Liked how it was so close to the metro and bus stations. Not very far away from the main attractions. It was a good room for one person. True to what they had shown in the pictures. The bed was okay, the windows were good. As opposed to some reviews there was no smell in the room. The comforter was a little thin for the cold nights but it was okay. The staff was super kind and answered everything with as much detail as possible.

The toilet and the WiFi. The WiFi was awfully slow most of the time I used my own mobile data. The toilet was sooooo narrow and small it was like an airplane lavotary but imagine the same space with a shower. Literally no space to place your toileteries.

I am returning for a third year in a row to this Hotel and I can say that it’s a great experience. The employees have good understanding for my requests and I always am welcomed as a guest. The hotel needs a bit of a room facelift, but let’s be realistic for the price and it’s function it’s superb. You stay here for a sleepover while exploring the magnificent city of Sofia during the day, thus it’s the perfect choice. Needless to say it’s literally 15 minute walk to the very center. I also love the fact that warm water is at disposal at all times and the heating was super. Also the staff for me as a returning guest was very helpful and understanding, thus giving me a free room upgrade with a fantastic view of the city skyline.

All things considered there aren’t many complaints, but definitely the hygiene is something which should be on a higher level. While the floor and bedding is clean, they walls (which are plastic or similar) are not clean. All in all it should be improved. Furthermore some of the windows aren’t closing perfectly but as I mentioned the heater is working like charm so you won’t have problems.

- friendly staff, check in super simple - best way to describe this place is imagine an easy jet plane in the form of a hotel - budget but still good - double bed to myself was lush after spending a lot of time in hostels - close to the centre and lots of places to eat around plus museums and parks within walking distance

- the bathroom was quite small, felt too crowded in the shower when curtain was closed but if i didn't close it the water would leak into the room which isn't great - would've definitely rated it 10 if breakfast was included or available as an extra

It was a great hotel for the money we paid and they even upgraded our room. The room has everything you need to spend a few days, useful but not fancy. It is located in a working district and very well connected to the city center by metro and tram with stops 5 minutes walking from the hotel door. They can keep your luggage for you the day you leave, which is fantastic!

Some of the staff members were not very cheerful. If you want a hairdryer you need to ask for it at the reception, and if the other guests haven't returned them you can't have one.

Not the first time here. And not the last. The strong points: the ultimate cleanliness, the comfortable bed (of the hard matress type) and the sweet people working for your comfort. They showed flexibility on more than one occassion. (I left the room with a 10 minute delay after check-out time, the cleaning lady already knocked on the door, but she understood the situation and she apologized (!) for distrubing me. After checking out I realized my phone was not charged, and went back and asked the receptionist to let me use the socket at the reception.)

The rooms are super small, but you have to understand this after having a look at the photos. The location is not in the very heart of the city, but a five minute walk takes you to the metro, or, alternatively, walk a bit more, say 20 minutes, and you are on Vitosha bulevard.

This is a capsule hotel. The bathroom, for example, is one pre-installed metal and plastic unit. This could sound horrible, but actually it was all very clean and well-maintained, and the bed was super comfortable for both of us. The location is fair, not exactly in the very cente, but the Vitosha bld is just some 20 minutes' walk, and there is a metro station a few corners away. There are vending machines in the ground floor hall with some basic drinks and snacks. We had a top floor room with an interesting view of the Sofia skyline.

Well, everyting was small (except for the bed), and there could have been more shelves/hangers to store our stuff. Inside the miniature bathroom there is no proper cabin for the shower.

Simple room with a large and comfy bed and although a very small bathroom, but more than adequate for just sleeping and airco adjustable and ample supply of phone charging sockets available. Nothing special about the room, but nothing really expected anyways, just fine and especially for the price and also a nice and central location and metro nearby. 250 metres ahead and cheap food, trams and metro close by, 30 minutes from airport. Not bad at all

Nothing really, some rooms before and electric sockets more firm, you know what to expect here which is simple and basic and good accommodation and very central in Sofia.
