Hotel is brand new and worth the price quality

We left some personal belongings in the fridge occasionally and the personal through it away without informing us about that in before hand! This has ruined all the good impressions we had about the hotel!

Everything was newly renovated, clean. Many details which makes the stay exceptional. No noise at all, very calm and relaxing stay.

Main restaurant was closed, parking is limited.

Bar and reception interior. Paintings in the corridors.

There were no slippers in the room and no magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

Location, clean.

Nothing to complain. Missing the pool. was still under renovation.

The pool & sauna are not open yet.

Our room was not fully ready and the aircon did not work The old spa is still being restored and there were a lot of fences of scaffolding till up Concept not quite ready, but pleasant

We booked two rooms with 2 single beds in each room but when we arrived at the hotel we were told they don’t have single beds available and they don’t have two single beds in any of their rooms It was a misrepresentation of the rooms available in the hotel and it was disappointing

We had a very small dog in a bag (1,4 kg) and were quite rudely escorted out of the breakfast restaurant. "Deluxe Room" was not 36 m2 as described in booking.com. No indication on booking.com about the construction work around the hotel.
