Staff were fantastic. A big thank you to yamina who gave me an adaptor as mine wasn't the correct one. Another big thanks to Ness, that day when the hotel didn't have the electricity for more than an hour, I needed to call urgently; as I couldn't use the Wi-Fi, Ness let me use her mobile phone. Some roads work was going, the level of noise was unbelievable, when I complained about it again Yamina and another young girl changed my room. THANK YOU 😊

Size of the room to small, Instead of 2 single beds put together, I would prefer double. I couldn't watch youtube and Netflix on the Television, as the WiFi couldn't connect to it. Bad quality toilets paper. Limited choices for breakfast, not enough variety to choose from...

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The highlight was the staff, who were absolutely wonderful and extremely polite without exception! They were always smiling and ready to help, which made my stay very enjoyable. The hotel was very clean, which I appreciated. It's a great choice for a clean and welcoming environment with exceptional service.

However, the room could use a fridge and the breakfast could be a bit more varied.

The staff are very friendly. They offer welcome drinks and candies for kids upon arrival. I can see that they care for the happiness of their guest. I will certainly come back here. The price of their rooms are reasonable. It's not that expensive.

They have one staff at the restaurant who's always moody and looks tired. It somewhat gave me a negative vibes early morning while eating my breakfast.

Hotel was very clean and has everything needed for a short stay. Breakfast was good. Beds are comfy. It is quite a good location if you want to visit Disneyland.

There were works on the rer A line, so we needed to switch the trains (it is not the fault of the hotel, but it diminished the fact that we chose the hotel because of its direct conection with the centre of Paris).

Staff was excellent. They were very helpful and nice. Both reception and bar were excellent. Slept well. Close to the train station so easy access in city centre but also Disneyland- both just one train, no changes. For the price is good.

Room size very very small and not clean. The beds would get tidy in the morning and bins emptied but nothing else touched. Found hairs and stains in bathroom when we came.

Nes the young Lady at reception was very kind,helpful and spoke English. Our room was comfortable and warm. The Breakfast buffet was awesome, very variable and delicious.

The toilet hygiene was in the pits. Ours was dirty when we checked in.Cleaned it myself. Had some smell,the toilet downstairs at the reception too.

Great location close to public transport. Supermarket right across the street, comfortable room and friendly personnel. Breakfast had good choice :)

Rooms are pretty narrow and tight. At busy times some things were lacking at the breakfast and were only slowly replaced.

A special thank to Aziz, a man that work for the hotel. I had a business meeting in the morning at 10 min by walk from the hotel. That day was rainig heavy so impossible to go by walk. I asked for taxi but there was no availability (transfer too short for a taxi driver... taxi service in Paris is very bad). I tried with Uber, but no availability, too early in the morning. Aziz offered to drive me and my colleague using his car. Just few minute but it saved my day!

The guy that welcomed me at the reception in the evening. It looks it was force to come to work.

best location! such a quiet neighborhood and perfect for the purpose of our trip which was to go to Disneyland. The RER train that goes straight to the parks in less than a 5 min walk and you get there in 20 mins or so. As well, great buffet for breakfast at a very reasonable price. The staff were very helpful and the room was small very super clean, modern and the bed so comfortable!

Close to train (RER) station. No major red flags.

The room was quite small, but the bathroom was very very small. I could bearly fit into the shower cabin. Still, not a problem for a couple days of stay.
