Very nice rooms. It was a 5min walk to the RER and it cost about 7euro for a ticket to disneyland paris, which was a 10min ride. Breakfast was limited option but good, as soon as the staff saw we were muslims, they even put some extra halal options for breakfast, that was very nice! it was very hot the time we stayed in paris but did not even notice because of the airco! very good price/quality, i would come back!

The people at the reception are very nice! and just next to the hotel, there are multiple restaurants and a metro that let you in Paris in half hour and Disneyland in 10 minutes..! I will repeat :)

Plenty of parking, great location, value for money. Few mins walk to the train and the Disney park was3 stops away (10 mins) very easy to use the train and took you right to the park. Loads of bars/restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

Staff were not that polite, the wine at the bar was warm as there was none left in fridge so wanted to give off the shelf. Pillows were so thin and couldn’t find any others on the room. Were used to this type of thing with our travelling so we just brought our own (easy enough when travelling in car)

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is great, the distances to all the main tourist destinations in the area (Disneyland, La Vallée, etc.) were reasonable. The same can be said about the distances to Paris and CDG Airport. A baby bed was provided, which is a great plus.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the station, a few stops away from Disneyland and Val d’Europe shopping centre, and 30 minutes on the train to the centre of Paris. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. There is a bag drop service where you can leave your luggage for the day and pick it up when needed. Handy for a day of shopping at Val d’Europe before getting the train back into Paris to catch our Eurostar home.

Checked in later on in the evening, gentleman at the reception was friendly and spoke English, we paid the city tax which is normal for European hotels and went to our room. Room was clean, a little small but it's a simple no frills cheaper hotel and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was lovely. Hotel located very close (5min walk) to Torcy Station, Trams run every 15 minutes or so to Disneyland Paris and operate quite late which is excellent if you want to stay and watch the illuminations.

Small room with a big, comfy bed. Nice rainshower and plenty hot water. Soft towels. Location is amazing! It is close to the train station, so you can easily reach the center of Paris or Disneyland. Also the area around the hotel is full of restaurants and shops. Loved that the breakfast buffet had vegan options like different plant milks and soya yogurt! The hotel stuff was very kind and helpful, both in person and from the booking message platform!

The only minus points of our stay were the very dirty room window and the handheld showerhead that was full of calque.

The location is nice, direct train to Disneyland and Paris. Good stuff members. Had offer of the breakfast.

Maybe stuff member need to learn a bit more international language like English (mostly understood well just few times misunderstanding, but they did their best and appreciated). But mostly, the price for breakfast would prefer more options for this price, but still was good one. Thank you!

I liked the rooms they were very nice, comfortable and clean, the bathroom was beautiful with a big bath. The location is the best part about the hotel, Disneyland only 2 stops away with train called RER takes like max 10min. Paris City 25min away. 18 restaurants 1min walking from hotel bars cinema arcade groceries fast foods everything is close. Breakfast was nice but same everyday. Rolls,bread,croissant,donuts,butter,cheese,cereals,boiled eggs,coffees/teas, 4 different types of ham, honey, apple juice, orange juice, and few more things. Overall I really liked the hotel worth the value.

I didn't like the breakfast time it was from 6:30 to 10:30, like who goes for breakfast at 6:30?? If you went down for breakfast at 10 there was not much to choose from. You need to go down at least at 9.30 the very latest or else you won't eat. They should really keep the breakfast till 11:30 and always restocking food when something goes.
