Staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, but bit overbearing. Best beds ever! Nice to have 2 queens not full sized and still have plenty of room to maneuver. One of the cleanest rooms I’ve had in years and breakfast was amazing. Huge value for the price. I’ve stayed in approximately 50 hotels in the last 10 years and this was absolutely in my top 3. Considering it’s a 2-star hotel, We we’re beyond pleased.

Location wasn’t ideal. But it was a short drive to most places. Looked a little uninviting from the outside. Nothing wrong at all, just did not expect the high level of stay that we had.

It was so very quiet and very clean. Saw how the cleaning girl was cleaning the rooms and she did an excellent job!! There was a very nice selections of food for breakfast, very neat, and a excellent dining area, had a big TV, 2 lounge chairs and a big round table, very homey feeling. Coffee was already at 6:00 a.m.

Couple of the front desk personal, didn’t smile, and made you feel welcome. The gentleman did an excellent job. There was a rug inside the entrance door and the edge was rolled up. Looked like if you didn’t see it, a person could trip on it.

The food was great. The food area was super clean. The food that was spose to be hot was hot. Good food no complaints about the food or serving area

There was no complaints. Was pleased with everything at this location. Now the quality inn in Klammath Falls Or is Another story. I won't be staying at quality inn in Klammath Falls any more.

Comfortable, clean, with good staff. Breakfast was not very tasty but not unexpected as the "free" breakfasts are never enjoyable. It was also quite busy with noisy people. We like a quiet morning...

1)The kindness of the staff, (the lady at the reception gave us a lift to the airport cause taxis would have arrived far too late). 2) the check-in time : we arrived very late at night but had no problem in checking in. 3) the cleanliness of everything (rooms, bathroom and common areas) 4) breakfast was super 5) the proximity to the airport

Comfortable bed, good location very close to airport. Awesome breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages, french toasts, hash browns, pancakes, waffle, muffins, breads, fruits, yogurts etc).

The breakfast was hot and good. The location was quiet but close to our route. Beds were comfy and everything was clean.

Even though they are all short-staffed, everyone gave us the best service possible and had a smile on their faces!
