Everything was great. Had stayed here in early November with friends and when a need arose for my husband & I to do business in Abilene I automatically booked a room here. Very clean, staff very helpful and the location to where we needed to handle our business was great. Lots of restaurants handy also.

Not much the hotel can do about this but the black birds rousting in the trees in the parking lot did a number on our trailer that carried our motorcycles. Thankfully we had the bikes covered but we did have to quite a scrub job on the covers when returning home. Not the hotels fault though just part of nature :)

Staff was great! Very friendly. The room was very comfortable. Spacious & great bed.

The floor was pretty dirty. Needed vacuuming. Our socks were dirty after walking around in the room. We wonder why the maids are not given the popular little portable battery op vacuums to carry on their carts for such rooms. But we will stay again!

Everything was great breakfast was great however you do need to look at their corporate office now that they need to fix their elevator not just maintenance they need to fix it it makes a lot of really weird noises

The over all stay was wonderful. The staff were very nice, the room was clean and comfortable.

The site said the pool was open. It wasn't. The main reason I picked this motel.

Everything would have been off the charts great if the elevator was working. Finding out it’s been out for QUITE some time, is NOT cool. That’s a service that needs to be working at all times! I can even deal with the fact we lost power for four hours and had no water the last night. That was out of their control and could not be held against the hotel or staff. A non-functioning elevator, NO excuse for!!

They did not have an ice machine anywhere or coffee maker in the room. Also both electrical outlets in the bathroom did not work. The maintenance person was very nice and put it down to reset.

Tom and Irma were excellent!! The elevator was out but they were working on trying to get repairs. They made sure that we were accommodated on the ground floor due to my health issues. The staff was friendly, room and hotel was clean. Definitely recommend!!
