we had an early plane to catch before BF time so did not use Room was nice, bed comfortable We got woke up around 1230 AM due to extremely loud folks that had apparently just arrived in room above us Waited an hr for them to get settled before calling the front desk-they said they would tell them to quiet down-it took about an hr for them to totally do this Hotel cannot always control unruly folks but they tried We were not the only one to complain Would stay here again but would request a 4th floor room

Quiet place and clean .Staff very helpful and great customer service. Closer to UNT university, the mall and others stores . Very accessible and affordable. Also you can enjoy the pool with your family.

On the hall way some part of the hotel smell humidity . Maybe you have to put some aromatic spray to smell better.

The property was in a nice location. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

There was a bad smell upon entering the lobby but the smell was not in the rooms.

The breakfast was excellent. I've stayed at Comfort Inn in other states and this by far was the best. I had a hot breakfast the only thing was no meat. But that was ok because there were other things to eat. The location were perfect easy access to the freeway. Would and will stay there again.

The only thing was the restroom floor was dirty and could not call the front desk. The phone in the room didn't work and no ice on the floor that you stay on.

it was very close to everything. clean and made us feel at home.

During breakfast hours the person that was there was a little rude and would start cleaning up way before ending time.

This property is pet friendly, has free breakfast(that was good) has close by limited semi truck parking clean and smells nice

In our room AC wasn’t working very good, but it could be because we were on 4th floor(all heat goes up) and outside was like 105

I love that pool is indoor and they have hot tub

There are 2 outside doors that key doesn't work, and i wish they keep pool/hot tub open at least until 11pm.

Driving access to the motel requires a careful approach. The motel is positioned among several other neighboring facilities and the path in is not immediately obvious.
