The convenience of location.

There were no towels available in the pool area, and for extra towels for our room. We had 3 adults and 1 kid trying to share 2 towels for our entire stay. The ice was empty on the three floors during our stay. There was little to no options left on the free breakfast when we went, early or closer to 10:00.

Nice continental breakfast with very friendly, helpful attendant. Good variety to choose from.

Repair/remodel crew had parts of the building blocked off with not one worker in sight. Even the main entry doors were blocked off. Desk staff was apologizing for the inconvenience because it was that. Paint smells were unfortunate and disturbing.

The location was great was close to downtown and the park where my son flag football tournament was held. Breakfast was good!

The TV in our room did not work where we could watch tv and the WiFi wasn’t always working

The pillows were very small id say the 4 pillows on the bed were roughly the size of 2 normal pillows

Pool was freezing but the downfall was the hot tub was not much warmer than the pool and the heating element and bubbles were missing...computer room was down...and the room I booked wasn't cleaned when we arrived so they gave us a different room that was only one room with two beds...I booked a quadruple room with beds in seperate rooms (didn't want to sleep next to my dad in the same room as my boyfriend and I)

We’ve stayed here before and have always enjoyed it but this time the room looked clean but I could have sworn that the beds had just been made but the sheets nor pillowcases were washed. They had a smell to them like someone had slept on them before. We were very disappointed because we come so late to the hotel all we wanted was to sleep on clean sheets

Location was good. Amy at the desk on Friday was exceptional! Housekeeping was horrible! Others on front desk were ok, but not Amy!

My toilet would not properly flush and asked for maintenance twice-never got it fixed by them. My son in Ohio told me how to fix it via phone call. Did not have a phone in my room, so if I had an emergency I would have been screwed!!! When I told front desk the issues they said management would be in touch to discuss and comp, well still waiting to hear from them! My daughter paid $100 less for the same room with more people. Very disappointed.

I think it’s ridiculous that the phones don’t work and if you need to get in touch with front desk you have to go to front desk! Then they don’t clean or switch out your towels you have to go to front desk with dirty towels in hand and then ask for more. They don’t inform you of these rules at the beginning when I complained that we had been two nights there and I couldn’t believe they hadn’t cleaned the bathroom and exchange towels the staff just said well sorry that’s just how we do it! Totally ridiculous. Plus the air conditioner wouldn’t get cold enough and kept shutting off!

We found a sex toy in our room between bed and night stand, there was a terrible sewer smell coming from shower. We made a complaint to booking.com and the property. We ended up leaving to go to A different hotel. I will not use booking. com again and wouldn't stay at suburban studios if it was the last hotel on earth
