Great value, cleanliness, staff super friendly and polite

Having to climb stairs, very hard for a 68 year old with bad knees & arthritis. Having a 10 month old to carry up & down the stairs, couldn't use the stroller

The room was very clean and, although it wasn’t fancy, it was perfectly comfortable for an overnight stay.

There was a lot of commotion in the parking lot all evening—loud, thumping music and loud talking people hanging out. I felt very uncomfortable with all that was going on. But, I was afraid to call the front desk, as the people would know who complained (there were only a few people staying on the backside of the motel). I was afraid they would vandalize my car if I complained.

The inside doesn't match the outside. The rooms are updated and super clean. The office was fresh and clean. They offered coffee, apple juice, milk, and water for drinks at the continental breakfast. Waffles, variety bagels with cream cheese, cereal, and oatmeal for the food. They also had a vending machine for snacks and sodas. They have a washer and dryer for $1 use for each, and the front desk sells detergents and dryer sheets.

The step coming in and out of our room. We tripped going in and out several times. Lol. We didn't fall but could have if we weren't quick on our feet. Wish they offered fresh fruit(bananas, apples, oranges) on their continental breakfast.

Close to Cedar Point, ferry, waterfront. Staff are very nice. Room is very clean and breakfast is very good for this type of hotel but they do run out of things if you sleep in and eat later. Yet, it is great to have breakfast included. Overall, another great stay!

Staff were very nice but not as friendly and personable as last visit two months ago. Except for one girl I recognized from my previous trip who was very personable, helpful and the friendliest. The breakfast area was quite busy and lots of people. I would recommend squeezing in another small table - three would fit and is better so more can sit.

The property was small and the walls are rather thin but for the value the stay was very nice. I was booking as a couple coming in from the nearby amusement park and they had a very late night desk clerk, if not a 24 hour worker. The woman working the office was quick to get us into our room and just as easily checked out in the morning.

There was leaking underneath our sink during our stay which resulted into a puddle of water leaking into the bathroom. We put one of the extra towels on the ground so we didn’t get our socks damp. On the shower, there was no inner lining, just an exterior cloth so the floor did need to be dried after washing up.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. It’s less than 15 minutes to cedar point. The suite was big enough for 6 of us with plenty of room. Everything inside was like brand new and super clean. It was easy to check in after cedar point closed at 11- and felt safe. Parking was easy and close to rooms because there’s only one floor other than 4 suites upstairs. They also have a nice pool and continental breakfast.

Convenient, clean, friendly staff, easy check in/out, perfect for a good place to sleep after a long day at Cedar Point.

Poor breakfast set up area. There are only four places to sit at breakfast, and very limited space to prepare bagels, waffles, etc. There is an option to take it back to your room on a tray, but we were all the way around the other side of the building and it was cold outside.

Sarah who was on site when we checked in and was excellent. She even came to my room to change a flickering bulb. The finishes in the bathroom were meh, but who cares?! It was comfortable and clean. The pool was great and open, amazingly, until 10:30pm!! Thats my kind of place. If needed, I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The beds could be a bit more comfortable

Great location the guy that’s been there since I’ve been coming to stay he’s there at night with a beard very cool dude very informative awesome guy always like talking with him knows a lot about the area he makes our stay more enjoyable!! Hopefully he stays around!!

I didn’t care for staying in the back of the building

It had a nice breakfast selection, the room was very clean to the eye, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Our friends and us both ended up with black feet. The floor looked clean, but our socks or bare feet were very dirty! But I think it has something to do with the fact that you’re walking directly in off of a black asphalt parking lot. There’s really nothing to wipe your feet off on. But it makes me wonder if they are mopping in between people.
