At arrival we were not told that breakfast which was included needed a voucher. And the second key card was not programmed correctly so when we went to the front desk they told us to wait until next day. So the next morning at breakfast the male server did not let us know about the voucher. We order and when we left we were stopped by the female server. We went directly to the front desk and the issue was resolved expeditiously. The following morning we had the voucher. The attention was fine from the female server and the male server was serving with the correcf attitude but we noticed that as soon the floor was busy witbh customer his stress level rised. Recommend to get more staffing. And give them.customer service training fro. Your waitress.

We had a layover in Miami and just needed a place to stay that was close to the airport. This place was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the staff was nice, and there was a free shuttle which was a nice perk.

Property was nice. Our room had a few of the canal and there was mantees out there.

they need more staff at the front desk. They won’t allow you to check in until exactly 3 PM unless you want to pay quite a bit more to check in early. They have three different prices based on how early you want to check in. Right at 3pm everyone waiting shows up and there is only one person to check everyone in and it takes quite a bit of time because that person also has to answer the phones, get peoples luggage that were stored and check everyone in. Front desk person was very friendly but wait is crazy. The same experience was true at check out.

I loved the size of the room. The room was temperature controlled, The food from the lobby was delicious. The kitchen staff was wonderful. The ease of getting in and out of the parking garage, and the safety using the elevator with key card

The front desk service was not so great, she could of explained how the elevator and garage worked. Could not get the hot water to work for a hot shower, no microwave in room, no complementary coffee in lobby. The ants and the silverfish were a little surprising.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable staff nice however I missed three shuttles from the airport because shuttle driver drove so fast near the pick up zones I couldn’t flag him down. Finally I called the property and complained between that and nice gentleman that was waiting for another hotel shuttle who flagged him down for me I caught it the forth time he came by but when I got on the shuttle it was a hot and stuffy ride to the property.

It seemed to be out in the middle of nowhere although it was close to the airport there was no restaurants or stores near by. There was a bar and breakfast but the water bottle was an outrageous amount and breakfast was pricey if you didn’t purchase it with your stay.

Great location. The room is comfortable. Less then 5 minutes from the airport. The hotel has its own bus to take you from the airport and back, all free.

The communication needs to improve. I booked my stay with breakfast and it was not there. I asked for stay more 2 hours and they told me I have to pay for a full day if I want to. What is very different from the message I get in my inbox. As I said, just issue with communication and needs to improve. I am sure next time will be better, because I really like the hotel.

I want to take this opportunity and recognize the incredible staff at this hotel. Kristopher, the night auditor has been SUPERB since he checked us in - his hospitality, kindness and above-average customer service is setting the standard for the hotel industry. Every time we’ve interacted with him, he’s displayed empathy and engaging conversations to ensure my wife and I are enjoying our stay. Aside of that, we also would like to recognize the amazing housekeeping staff and the bar/restaurant staff - our bartender, Tirawn & Niuris we’re such nice, welcoming people truly making us feel right at home…we went down for one beer and ended up having 3 rounds plus the amazing buffalo wings. This is definitely going to be our hotel of choice each time we pass through Miami. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK TEAM!!!!! Y’all are really treating us like family that we even extended our stay!!! PS - my wife’s service animal, Blaze has made so many friends in only 2 days which is even more special for us as dog parents - home feeling comfortable and happy 😃!

Comfortable bed and room. Everything was immaculate. The fritta we had for breakfast was fantastic. And the staff was all very helpful. Towels and toiletries first rate as was linens The hotel was a short walk from where we dropped off our rental car, so that was very convenient. Labeled as a wellness facility. Fitness equipment in room, as well as 24 hrs fitness center

Pizza in restaurant wasn't very good Also of concern is the fact that the shuttle was only running from 7:00 in the morning till 10 PM. That needs to be checked out before you book if you need to get there earlier or check in in the evening. None of the hotels in Florida that we visited except for one had a heated pool

Our room was not up to par when we checked in, however, the night manager was happy to upgrade us to a suite. 🤩 Loving the health focus (physical and mental health) and feng shui in the rooms. Having a stationary bike, workout, and other yoga-type equipment was a great addition. The free airport shuttle was very much appreciated and their timeliness for arrival and departure is commendable (on time all the time).

A little more attention to detail in the reservation system can help. I referenced our room not being up to par. When we went to our room assigned initially, it appeared that someone was already assigned to the room as the bed was not made up and personal amenities could be seen in the room.

The breakfast was not included for us but it was superb! I recommend the avocado toast and pancakes. We did not feel ripped off having to pay for food when it was so good.

The building was freezing. Also, we didn't understand that the key to our room got us in and out of the parking garage. When we called the front desk to find out why we couldn't get out there was no one answering the phones. We called 5 times, eventually my husband got out of the car and went to the front desk himself. For some reason they gave him a whole new room card, explained how to get out of the garage and then they deactivated my room key without telling us. We found out that my room key didn't work when we got back later that day. It was all very confusing and unnecessary.
