Great business center and beautiful lobby with piano and activities. Also a bar and restaurant on the first floor. Good shuttle service. Paid for the breakfast and it was great. But a lot of options nearby if you'd like other choices for food and drink. Room was a typical room but a great value

The check-in experience required filling out some additional document that is already on the reservation through this site. Not a huge deal but seems unnecessary. The hotel somehow should consider doing a better job delinating the difference between the Sonesta Hotel and the Regency BY Sonesta next door and also the shuttle should drive all the way up to the Regency by Sonesta.

I really like the location; it was very close the airport and easy access to everywhere if you had a car (Which you mostly need anyway if you are in Miami). The room was comfortable, well cleaned and the value for money was worth it. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast is enough, but it didn't have many varieties if that's what you are looking for. Also, I had a hard time trying to find the stairs so ended up only using the elevator that took too long. None of those are major problems, just details. I highly recommend the stay.

Don't get a room near the gym because you won't sleep all night. We moved to another room after night one that was far from the gym and everything was quiet and perfect. But the first night was horrible due to gym equipment noise.

I stayed here for 5 nights and I had no complaints. The bed was very comfortable and room was very clean. All the amenities were on par. Nice and friendly staff.

The very first day, the house keeping staff entered my room while I was which make me uncomfortable but I told the receptionist and they asked me to put up the DND sign out. Also, the swimming pool closes at 11:30pm.

The checkin. The bar, the bartender. Staff was great! Bed was comfy. Room was great size, very clean. Everything was stocked downstairs perfectly. After a nightmare of a day traveling this was the best part. A nice, clean hotel.

The bar kitchen closed too early. At least stay open til 12. We were starving upon arrival but had time to drink a couple beers. We did order in from Uber eats so it was all good

The hotel was nice and clean. The lobby was very well lit with a bar near the check in desk. A pool table for patrons at no charge. The pool was a decent size, although not very deep. 6' on one side and 3' on the other. Near the airport.

Only 1 elevator was working during our stay, making the wait a bit longer for the operating elevator a bit longer since everyone used the same one.

Regency went above and beyond expectations! I had one night here, and my flight was late the next day but they held my bags so I could enjoy the city!! I returned a little early (already checked out) and they allowed access to the pool and other amenities when I had some hours to wait. The staff was very helpful and polite, and made sure all my needs were met! Amazing service!!!!

The airconditioning makes a little noise but was very cold

Absolutely awesome staff, from the reception to the bar. The best service was from Rafael, who has worked there 12 years and to the Chef Lester for amazing food. Absolutely recommend this hotel. I am sure I will be back.

By the swimming pool outside tables, it is lots of small insects that bites. Like mosquitos.

It was a short 4 minute drive from the airport. We prepaid, so checkin took all of 2 minutes. It was the fastest checkin in my life. Checkout was a text message. I love this about the hotel.
