The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located near several museums and we could walk to nearby restaurants. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor lounges and pool area on the top floor.

The property was in good location. There were eateries and coffee shops all around it seemed. Also offered variety of food and alcoholic beverage’s at the concession in the lobby. The staff was super friendly and helpful from the valet to the receptionist to the cleaning staff. Also they have a nice waiting pool and lounge areas.

Room was a little smaller than expected, the time frames for the kitchen and bar weren’t really ideal for us personally. I think the kitchen didn’t open until 5 pm so we couldn’t eat breakfast in the hotel. Also they claimed the bar was opened at 2 but the bartender was rude and said it wasn’t open until 230 even though all the posters and staff said 2. The rooms were nice they had just small indications of it being ran down baseboards and also they have rusted metal decorations. Lastly they offer complimentary water in the mini fridge they didn’t check and we drank a reopened water with something in it which was absolutely disgusting.

Room almost as advertised., but quite small for the price, like London. Lovely personal at every post! Wine fairly priced!!!

parking fee, no food in late afternoon. Car parking is to high, after L.A. Taxes, the room is to small to be a $350.00 stay. Rather dumpy neighborhood.

Clean property with an AWESOME staff!! The valet guys and the early morning front desk staff were wonderful, sweet, and so beyond helpful. The room and bathroom were big and spacious and clean and there wasn’t any carpet (yay!!).

I wouldn’t say I “didn’t like” anything. It is good to know that the pool is tiny and shallow and thus if you have children you’ll want to keep this in mind. The location was good enough.

All the staff, from the reception to housekeeping, were all excellent, very friendly and clearly wanted to make your stay comfortable. Room was spotless, quiet & the beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us, only a short taxi to Hollywood and Beverly Hills & still not too far from LAX. For a 3* hotel it is fantastic, far better than the 4* we moved from

The hotel is silent. There can be a little construction sound in the mornings, it but doesn't bother too much, Staff is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of restaurants at walking distance. Its location is nice and is easy to find for Uber, Lyft, etc. I'd rather rate it 8.5, but since 9 would be too much, I will stick with 8.

The room definitely needs some more facilities, like a couch or an extra bedside table. The room was by no means small, but it can't be considered mid-sized either. There isn't much the hotel can do about this though.

Devron who was at reception on check in was super kind and gentle. Got a complimentary wine and the views on patio were superb. Located near Peterson Automotive Museum and LAMCA Museum.

No baby crib available, fairly unresponsive through the booking app/website. Expensive.

The staff was helpful and they were extremely nice. They accommodated my late checkout. Very pleased with my stay.Excellent location for traveling to Cedar Sinai Hospital.

A little pricy for the area with not a lot of on site amenities but the friendly staff makes up for it.
