For a 3-star / family hotel, it was very comfortable and nice. The room met the expectations. The bed linens and towels were clean. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. Breakfast was good (it is included in the rate). There is parking at no additional cost.

We arrived late at night (1am). There had been an issue with the room and we were sent to another hotel nearby. They had booked the total stay in this new hotel that we didn't like. Fortunately for us, the next day we went back to the Hampton and they were able to provide a room for the rest of the stay.

I like how theyre able to change my arrival date esrlier than what was book, I love the pillows and I like the bath products that yall provided smells good and made my hair feel really nice.

Other Tesla driver's don't move their car after charging so that others gets a chance to charge in premises than driving elsewhere just to charge. Some guest would leave their car charging the whole night, so there should be a limit and since their is a security that go around the parking they should be checking on it since there is only a few chargers. There was 1 red car that seemed to be abandoned and been sitting there because it's all dusty. It's not even an electric car but it's parked by the chargers.

The breakfast was excellent. They had everything you needed… just make sure you don’t get there after 730am..hardly know seats (full). The egg white frittata was tasteful. To include the different types of waffle batter for the waffles every other day. Compliments!! The gym was nice. It had everything you needed. I was surprised they had the peloton bike! The room was nice. Wi-Fi was strong and you had mini fridge in the room.

The jacuzzi and pool needs to be clean. The jet streams didn’t work at all to include the timer. For the pool, just a slight murky. I tried it my 2nd night. After that, I didn’t have time check again to see if it was fixed. For the room, it was the pillows. They were worn down that caused me to have a stiff neck, but luckily a brought my neck roller. During my last night, I smelled an odor of smoke from the bathroom vent near the toilet. I know you can’t smoke in the hotel rooms.

The hotel was great short drive to Kia Forum. Facilities were very clean and smelled good. Plenty of space in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot was secure and that was important as it was a girls trip. Breakfast was very good and plenty of food coming out all morning. They had yummy hot tea available in lobby after a long night out, such a nice way to end the night.

The shower curtain wasn’t long enough and water splashed all over the bathroom floor. We could easily wipe up but there was a lot of water. Also, the room could have had more lighting. it was a little hard for all four of us to put make up on when the bathroom light was the only good light.

Three things were critical: 1) No smoking, 2) Free Parking, and 3) was Breakfast included. The cookies upon arrival was a nice touch, and we loved the breakfast. Indeed, the secure, covered, and free parking was excellent, and the room was perfect. No smells, clean bathroom, etc. We loved everything about it, and it was an easy trip over to LAX even in rush hour traffic. All this was well past our expectations.

The Hampton Inn is located close to the airport we were able to get a taxi after a long flight. The bus/train station was close by. a 5 minute walk. Breakfast was included in the price, great choice for breakfast.

There was no restaurant near the hotel for a meal in the evening except fast food places like McDonalds and a pizza place.

Mostly Everything

The staff (most of the staff) sometimes had a little too much attitude for customer service. However, they were fast and gave us a smooth and quick check in. I didn't like that I had to walk to another hotel to get a cart to wheel our stuff inside I didn't like that the jacuzzi isn't cleaned regularly. The water smelled like feet. The jacuzzi is supposed to be Hot, not, lukewarm. I complained twice in a week and nothing. My bathing suit smelled horrible. regretting after getting in. I didn't like that our room didn't have filled shampoo and conditioner upon arrival to our room. It was filled until the next day. I didn't like that in order to fix the time on the clock in my room, I was offered to move rooms because no one in the hotel knew how to change the clock to correct time.

Great place to stay and great value. Laid back yet professional friendly staff. Breakfast waffles are good, with hot food options. Vending machine drink prices are reasonable. Beds are plush and comfy. Air conditioning works great. Maccas across the road, servo at the corner, excellent burrito and juice at the end of block at Ricos Tacos El Tio where the locals go (recommended by Reception). Quick drive to the airport, but not too close for aircraft noise.

It's a good hotel overall. If I had to say an improvement, it would be to have real maple syrup for waffles available ;)

Room was clean, pillows and beds were comfortable breakfast was good they had cereal, waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage. juices, fruit, coffee. stuff was nice.

The eggs and the sausage. Eggs were fake, sausage was not cooked also the lady was running out of everything she was by herself, I think. and she was very slow didn't want to fill up the butter for the waffles, my sun wanted waffles and she said that she run out of it come on it was 9 o'clock!!! I think she just said that, because she had a lot of work. Because we stay to another hotel from the same company and the same thing happen but the other lady fill it up for us.
