The service - we had issues with our keys but the staff sorted it out for us. Then I cut my hand by mistake so they were very helpful with the first aid. Very sweet and friendly staff. Main bed was really nice. So was the shower - good force of water.

Breakfast was very boring and average. Same everyday. With very few options. And the worst part was the sofa bed when opened up - one could just feel the hard coils all through. We booked the room for it but we couldn’t use as a bed and used it only as a couch.

I chose the Residence Inn because it was affordable in comparison to other hotels and its closeness to Crypto.com Arena was a huge draw card. I felt safe walking to and from games at night and loved the setup of LA Live during the Holiday Season! A buffet breakfast was provided and it was a great way to load up on energy before a big day of exploring Los Angeles and its surrounds. The room was large, it had a breakfast bar to sit at and included a kitchenette if you wanted to cook your meals. There were enough food options within walking distance if you wanted to eat out. The cafe inside the hotel was also nice and had Starbucks available. The location was also close enough to be affordable via Uber or a Cab to places like Hollywood, Burbank, and other tourist areas. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are attending any events at Crypto.com or anything else near the LA Live precinct.

Not directly related to the hotel, but if you are doing some sightseeing or tours during the day make sure you leave ample time to get back to Crypto.com Arena before a game because the traffic is tricky at times.

The hotel is great, the location is great, the room is good. The shower is awesome, the temperature of water is pristine and the force of water is great. The view from 17th floor is out of this world. The front lobby is ok, since there is only very little space available there.

Couple of receptionists put in a face that shows that they don't like working there and it is just for jobs sake they are working. One lady was kind of rude when we picked up some stuffs from snack bar and wanted to pay for it. This should not be the case. Another problem is that the entrance of the hotel is very congested. We have to text a number to bring the car out from valet and often times the car will be sandwiched between a recently arrived car and a car that was pulled out from valet a while ago and there is literally no space to reverse it and take it out from that mess. If you are late for a flight, tough luck for you to get your car out from there.

Staff were very nice and helpful The room came with breakfast, which was ok although not opulent. What I liked most was the big pot of hot oatmeal with many customary ingredients. It is in the downtown area and within walking distance of grocery stores and the LA Convention Center. The kitchenette is fully equipped with silverware, pots and pans, and do on. Car parking in the hotel with valet service was perfect ($50 a day).

As we were about to leave, the kitchen sink started to leak.

bathroom was disgusting. not very clean throughout. old towel left on the floor and nasties left under toilet seat. old tissue paper left in the bathroom. glad it was only one night.

The room was clean and very spacious for my party of 3 adults. You are able to check your bags in at the front desk, if you arrive early and prior to check-in time. Location was good. There were a lot of homeless individuals around the downtown L.A. streets and the restaurants closed super early.

The shower was often luke warm to cold. The breakfast was basic and boring with the same items daily. I stayed 4 days. After having staying at a different Residence Inn in New York where the breakfast was awesome with much variety, I was very disappointed. The pull out sofa bed was nice size, but not too comfy. There was false advertisement as my room was to have a view of the Hollywood sign and it did not!! I think you need a telescope to see the sign from this downtown hotel. You have to pay for late check-out, even 1 hour. Most hotels will give you until noon to check-out if needed.

The fact that the kitchen is so convenient and well laid out! also, they will go the extra mile and deliver to your door if you missing something in it!! Awesome job there Team Residence Inn.

Breakfast due to coronavirus was delivered in a grocery bag. I do like homemade breakfasts, so imagine my surprise to get a convenience store selection on my paper bag as If I was going to a high school picnic. You are better off as I did, preparing your own breakfast in the awesome kitchen of your own room!

I liked the breakfast because it exceeded my expectations and was so so good! Me and my friends, family, etc were enjoying the breakfast and free coffee they had to offer! Overall it was a fascinating breakfast and very good! I recommend the pancakes if you see any.

Overall, there was nothing I didnt like but I think this hotel deserves some reviews here and there but.... what I didnt like was that we were next to a busy road in a way and I think that kept waking me up and I couldnt sleep.

Location Staff Bed wasn't comfortable;sofa bed terrible I ask if there were any discount for my stay Been that I work @ the Airport I got an answer Yes but that I need it to do when I check for the reservation I never found any link which I can apply that Even @ check-in They say It was $189 /discount I did showed my ID They say it was too late to apply - So disappointed with that But well overall it was ok stayed there

It’s a convenient location to Silverlake (where my friends are) and great access to freeways. The property seems new and modern - very cool!

The valet area is very tight and seemed to always be crowded. It wasn’t easy pulling through to drop bags at check-in. Otherwise, an excellent experience!
