Location was great and room was very nice as far as set up.

The receptionist was slow due to a phone call from a supervisor and took me about 15-20 mins to just get checked in not including the time it took to get the key and then to find out my key was never even activated. When we got to the room it was a little dirty on the floor and the shower was not clean at all.

Breakfast offerings are good for a quick " grab N go" , more than comparable priced locations. This property is convenient for a full menu diners nearby too.

Hot water heater failed overnight on this stay, but, staff is contacting a service or property maintenance for remedy.

The room I was given was a quiet location and easy to work from my room.

Last few nights a little hostile action by other residents made it a little hard to sleep. But it was resolved within a few minutes.

I have stayed in other Stay America suites , and this location is extremely the best , very clean , quiet, the staff is incredible, and very friendly , I highly recommend this location .

The staff were kind, professional and respectful. Joslyn in particular was accommodating and welcoming.

It’s outdated. No hot breakfast, the plaster in the bathroom was peeling off. “No hot breakfast!”

The front desk service was very helpful. The lady was exceptionally polite and kind. She even booked an uber for me to the airport when I got stranded. She deserves a promotion

Smoking coming from some rooms

It was in a good location to food/gas/shopping. The room was fairly clean and we had no trouble with exchanging towels/linens daily. I want to point out to PARENTS WITH CHILDREN UNDER 13- you do not have to worry about noise from your children because it's super kid friendly and 100% tolerant of the running, playing and yelling. Lol

The staff was rarely available a lengthy wait was a given. There should be better accommodations for the tenants who smoke-

Other people with dogs unleashed and it is difficult to walk your own dog

It has a light breakfast after 6am, daily, although there's a few nearby full restaurants too.

On my second overnight stay, we had both an 1130 smoke alarm evacuation, and later the water heater went down.

I always have a good stay here. The staff is kind and helpful and friendly.

Nothing bad to say about this stay.
