Initially, I would like to express gratitude to the hotel for warmly receiving my family and me with open arms upon our arrival. Despite my fatigue and discomfort from the wind, they provided exceptional care and comfortable accommodations on the most pleasant floor. The ladies' hospitality was impressive, and their friendliness made me feel like old friends .Not to mention Lady Vicky, who oversees the indoor swimming pool, was amazing; the kids loved her, as she demonstrated patience and trust with each individual, clearly exemplifying expertise in her role, certainly deserving of recognition and a raise. 99.99% star

My draw wouldn't stay close so I kept my clothes in my suitcase

It was comfy and clean . Had the cutest little water park. I'd say ages 1-8 would totally love it.

Didn't like the other guests. They had a high rate of low class guest. As soon as you pull in the parking lot, multiple people out smoking and drinking on the curb in front of the hotel. Hand some a$$hat next door banging, pounding & kicking the door to get in @ 4am , FOR OVER AN HOUR ! Finally called front desk. And they said oh "we know who it is ." As if this is an ongoing problem. Um, excuse me, kick them to the curb.

Nicely located near the city, at the same time isolated. My family enjoyed that. The house keepers were very pleasant! The front desk receptionist was generous and the breakfast was nice and simple but even with my picky kids they had yummy muffins for them to eat. The pool was great ! The water is not too deep so my kids were able to be alone and I didn’t have to worry too much. The slide is always a great plus because the kids enjoy it alotc even the adults were all over it

pull out clothesline in the bathroom was a great addition for a family place and the pool was fun for the kids although small. Hot tub was crowded so I didn’t get in. The deal we got was great and the kids had a lot of fun. Close to everything so you can doordash anything

Didn’t make it to breakfast on time. Room had a pull out couch advertised as two beds in the suite but they were out of blankets and pillows and there weren’t any for the pull out in the room so even tho we paid for two beds we got a yucky bare mattress and a bed. Disappointing. Shower floor was slick.

EVERYTHING at the hotel was GREAT. I had an issue with the heat source in our room and people were there IMMEDIATELY to fix the issue and FIXED they did! What I didn’t like was BOOKING. COM!!! I tried 100 ways of contacting you to add a day because we were expecting horrible weather and I wanted to arrive a day earlier! NO RESPONSE from your online ONLY contact!! I will not be using your site again!

Breakfast was okay, not a lot of options. Room was really big and mostly clean. Water park attendant was fantastic! My kiddos loved all the water fun and it was perfect for them-the bigger pool is only 3 foot deep. We enjoyed the hot tub and the staff was mostly very friendly!

One of the bed sheets was stained, otherwise everything was great.

Took us forever to finally get checked in. The computer wasn’t showing our reservation as confirmed . It was sitting in computer as pending. After almost an hour, we finally found it in computer system under the name if the person staying in the second room. Although the reservations were put under my name.

We enjoyed the water park! The rooms were fairly nice. Loved the cute lady who helps at breakfast! She watched out for us and made us feel really welcome. Most of the staff was great!

The first room we went into wasn't very nice. But they made it right by giving us a new room that was better. Older lady who does water slide on weekends is grouchy but then it was really really hot and that makes me grouchy too lol 😆

The new hire trainig a new hire. Calling the police especially when she was reprimanded before about SOP. She Approximately pushed and called and kept goin. Situation was bc I’m actually going through domestic violence from a police officer. So I prefer to remain safe but bc I’m hurting and my accounts by him they treated me like the criminal. There is 2 employees that respected me.

I love the indoor waterpark and I love the staff and how nice and sweet everyone is !

I did not like the breakfast choices need more options and also I feel like there should be more rooms with pull out couches as far as family with smaller children!
