The checkin was lengthy, but the room we got was good- quiet and comfortable. Liked having a fridge and microwave. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. I enjoyed the morning breakfast with omelets, sausage and hot waffle maker.

The manager did not accept my Hilton Honors membership card which entitles guests to free parking since I booked through a 3rd party - Booking.com. That’s awful. However I had called in advance and spoke to someone about my stay to attend a funeral and he said parking fee was free for Hilton Honors. I asked her to check on the note he left and she acquiesced to waive the $10. charge. Also, there was no hair dryer in our room. We called the front desk and they sent up an older model which had very low power. Did not completely dry my hair before I had to leave. They need to update their appliance.

Room was smaller than I expected, dark, bathroom was dirty . No extra pillows or blankets in room, had to ask housekeeping at 10 o’clock at night for a blanket which they did provide. The coffee maker is a joke in the room it’s ridiculously small and difficult to work with. The dogs in the other rooms were a distraction. I brought a white noise Maker , The room should’ve had one. The front desk person was wonderful and he told us that in the other Hiltons there is a white noise option in the TV but we didn’t have that. The pool is very small and cold it was supposed to be like 86 it was 83 overall the breakfast was good and we enjoyed that coffee was great but the rest of it was not at all up to I think even cleanliness standards and we should not have had to ask for an extra blanket or pillows it should’ve been in the room

Friendly staff, close by restaurant and shopping, gym was convenient and clean, pool was well kept. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

My door needed to be serviced. I had to hold my room key up to the lock and wait till I heard I click.

That the ice machine on our floor was out of ice the hole time we were there so we had to go to another floor, our bed was very un comfortable and the breakfast was good but they need to change up the breakfast options cause it was the same thing every day

i come stay here quite often and every time the staff is absolutely exceptional and extremely helpful. the complimentary breakfast is of course a bonus and the pool is amazing and always clean. this location is super accommodating as well.

The breakfast was exceptional!! Great variety and always kept stocked. The desk attendant, Bobby was wonderful and could not have been more friendly and helpful!

The doors need to be cushioned so they close quietly. No way to close them without slamming even if trying.

if I had to get nitpicky, I guess I’d say the bed was a tad stiff for my liking, the pillows a tad soft, the curtain pull could use some adjustment…. and whoever installed the bathroom light switch in room 423 (30 degrees off vertical) should be fired. lol. yes, just nit picky.

The hotel was close and convenient to Rt 495. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful and my daughter loved the waffles.

We could hear the traffic noise from 495 but it did not keep us awake. The toilet in our room flushed very loudly/forcefully. We didn’t flush at night to be considerate to our neighbors.

The breakfast was great. I was surprised and pleased that the breakfast was a Hot breakfast of eggs sausage hashbrowns and fruit fresh real bagels (not packaged). Loved it. Nice hotel updated new. Very Clean. It smells good and clean. The bed clean and comfortable. Had a good sleep.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like.
