Location was close to I57 . Staff was excellent & accommodating. Room is as clean, comfortable and safe. Breakfast was adequate- waffles, cereals, coffee, toast, bagels, apples.

A variety of fruit (only apples were provided). It would have been nice to have cream cheese since bagels were offered. I liked that the breakfast area was clean & neat.

Breakfast was good! I was very pleased with the location of my room and that it was quick and easy to get to our car (it was raining the whole time). The room was spacious enough for my 5 year old to run around with my puppy and the first floor has higher ceilings which makes it feel even more spacious. If I come back to Salem we will definitely be staying here again

There were pieces of shaved hair on the sink behind the faucet, some weird red-ish substance in the bathtub and also at least 3 live grasshopper (some black cricket hoppies) in our room and we saw one in the lobby

The location

We had a suite with a jacuzzi tub, there was other peoples hair in the tub when we arrived. The tub in the bathroom also had other people’s hair. It could had been cleaner for the price paid for the room.

Convenient location, clean, comfortable room.

Too high bathtub, my husband is disabled and could not step across the tub edge, next time I will book a handicapped room.

I liked having a patio right outside my door.

I wish they would have swept the patio and knocked down all the spiderwebs....

The service was excellent and the people were very nice and friendly. The manager was very helpful and friendly, she was very helpful when it was time for time for us when we left the place.

We were hoping for a hot breakfast, but other than that everything was great.

Close to the interstate.

The place was clean, except for the elevator, which could use a good, hard cleaning.

I was very pleased with how friendly the staff was and how clean the location was. I checked out the next morning and was driving when the location called me to tell me that I left my blood pressure medication in the room. Thank goodness that I was not that far up the road and was able to go back and get it.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She was very friendly. She said she had only been there a month but she did a great job. It was clean and comfortable.

The location - I had a surgery appointment at 5:45 the next morning and this was very convenient for us.
