Thanks for keeping a great value & standard, specially in a country that expectations are not high enough...I had just finished my business stay at San juan del sur hotel beach house and it was very shaiddy..but this hotel returned my happiness and returned home with a great smile. I loved everything, I can't pinpoint nothing wrong..what can say is amazing and that it even has a car wash at the lot...is a brilliant thought..and the young man did a great job...breakfast is great love it.

The location was perfect, right in front of the international airport and they even provided a free shuttle.

Upon checking in, they initially gave us a used/dirty room. Maybe it was a mistake so we let it slide. The water pressure of both rooms we stayed at were sooo low and it doesn't have any hot water. Plus, we can hear the people outside. There seem to be no good sound-proof coverage. We were supposed to be given breakfast on our very early check out at 3am, but, instead, we were told that we had to wait, so we ended up leaving because we don't want to miss our flight. It should have been ready for us, as promised, from the day before.

The breakfast is a buffet and you can have an omelette of your choice. There was more to select from than other hotel breakfasts. There were 2 swimming pools. 2 restaurants, 2 bars a nice walking area and gardens. The hotel grounds are huge.

The thing I didn’t like was a few tiny ants in the bathroom but they are found almost everywhere in Nicaragua. It’s located across the street from the airport. It’s hard to cross the busy highway but it can be done. Managua is not the safest city but the hotel grounds are huge and it is guarded very well and in a gaited area.

I booked a suite simply because it was the lowest price. It was huge, quite a lot larger than actually practical but it did have separate air cond. controls so that was good. Once hot, the shower was wonderful! Checking in and out was quick and easy.

The breakfast was exactly the same as the last time I stayed, before the pandemic and the political crisis of 18 so that was pretty boring. As stated above, hot water was very slow making the way through the pipes.

This is one of the best values in an airport hotel I’ve experienced. First, the location is literally across the street from the airport - you can walk there in 2 minutes. Second, the hotel is a sort of mini-resort with multiple pools large enough for laps in the morning or relaxing with bar service in the afternoon. Third, the rooms are arranged in a pleasant and quiet cottage layout. Finally the rates are very reasonable. Of course this is Nicaragua and prices are generally low but even so Mercedes is a great deal for an early flight or late arrival.

The staff was great. Very nice and very efficient. We only stayed there because our flight times either arrived or departed in the middle of the night, so we needed something close to the airport. However, $90 a night is just taking advantage of a situation. It's certainly not a destination hotel. But despite the price, it was the staff that was very accommodating.

The price is very high. Not because it's a better or prettier hotel, but because it's literally across the street from the airport.

Easy and quick walk or free shuttle to airport for early flight. Very comfortable room and bed! Great service! Easy and quick check-in. Beautiful pool and lounge area with bar and restaurant. Quiet and peaceful at night. Nice place to relax and treat yourself between travels.

There were lots of mosquitos in the room (even though doors and windows were sealed with AC on), and no mosquito net over the bed.

Bed was pretty comfy and had plenty of pillows. We didn’t use the tv. Bathroom good size and clean. Nice shower but water was only warm, not hot. Air conditioner worked very well.

I sleep best in a cooler room with plenty of covers. There was one sheet on the bed, no blanket. Nothing extra in closet. The room was pretty tiny for the price of it. The hotel need# to add a USB plug, maybe on the desk lamp.

Excellent location to the airport , just a few minutes walk across the road. A nice buffet breakfast, included in the room price. A buffet lunch and good restaurant menu in the evening. Two lovely large swimming pools and outdoor areas to relax in by. You couldn’t have a better place to stay before flying home. Had we known we would have stayed here on arrival in Nicaragua before commencing our trip.

I want to express my gratitude for their hospitality, I felt very safe and welcomed. The staff was very professional and friendly. I love the breakfast they had ready for us at 3am before our 9 hrs trip back home, it actually helped us a lot. Thank you for the shuttle bus that took us to the airport as well, great service! My family and I are very satisfied with their service.
