Great location right above Bashamichi station, take the 2a exit and it'll be on the left as you come up the escalator! Superb view of the bay and apartment comes with washing machine/dryer. Has a full size fridge, microwave, toaster and tea kettle, plus coffee machine! Included a stove top, Japanese style. Cutlery and plates and cups all included! Outside on the 1st floor, there is Lincos grocery store, that has all you need to stock up the fridge. TV has Netflix and YouTube app, so you can connect with your mobile phone catch up on some shows before calling it a night. Highly recommend this hotel!!

The room was fully equipped, clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely view—very pleasant overall. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and overall layout. Love the grocery downstairs. And nice common area on the lobby floor.

However, we would have preferred a separate toilet area from the main bathroom for added convenience. Also, housekeeping on our second day was a bit inconsistent—they didn’t fully replenish the amenities according to the number of guests in our room and the cleaning wasn’t quite up to the standard of our first day and the days that followed. The hotel’s location is slightly farther from Takashimaya Mall than expected, but still manageable.

Honestly missing the hotel already, plenty of space, clean and accommodating. Staff were amazing and helpful, they are a great source of local knowledge and always friendly and helpful. The location may seem out of place for traveling to and from central Tokyo but honestly I feel it was worth it for the view and Yokohama itself which I feel was underrated in a lot of people's itinerary. The local MM line basically connects you to all the major hubs to disembark and transfer or stay on for Shibuya and Shinjuku.

The only issue but it's a non issue was the elevator caused temporary pressure on the ears. If you have sensitive hearing something to be mindful of. However easily cured with either drinking or yawning

The hotel/suites start on the 46th floor where the reception, cafe and amazing views welcome you. Our checkin (including the underground parking which was 3000JPY per day) was quick and easy. The room was large and included a balcony, great kitchen, big bathroom, washing machine and large TV. All very comfortable and the ipad in the room can be used for information or ordering room service and a few complimentary items like tea bags.

It was a delightful place to stay. The kitchenette and washer/dryer in our room added a touch of home, which we greatly appreciated. Although our visit was brief, just one night, the accommodations would be ideal for a longer stay, featuring quality appliances and tasteful furnishings. The location was convenient, boasting a well-stocked grocery store within the building. The views were spectacular from both our room and the hotel's 7th-floor "lobby." Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The hotel's lobby is located on the 7th floor, making the hotel somewhat challenging to locate as it is not a standalone building. Prior to arrival, I viewed it on Google Maps and noted that the entrance was situated at the parking garage's entry. Upon disembarking on the garage's first floor, we navigated through a couple of corridors to find the elevator access to the 7th-floor lobby. Subsequently, we discovered that the hotel's main entrance is accessible from the parking garage's lower level.

This hotel is apartment-style, so you have access to a kitchen and washer/dryer. As such, the room is also larger. Ourse had a balcony, and a view to Mt. Fuji! It was very central near many sights in Yokohama, and a handy grocery store downstairs. Views were stunning. Staff were gracious and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and with prices soaring in Tokyo, it isn't unreasonable to stay at this property and commute into Tokyo for sightseeing, either!

This place is amazing. I think I may have got a good deal but the even so, the apartment is huge and super modern, it has everything you'd want and more. The view out over the city was breathtaking. I would be tempted to say that the city view apartments are actually better than the bay view, especially as you might be able to spot Fuji on a clear enough day which I was able to do on the morning I stayed there. Having a gym is an added bonus, it seems incredibly rare for hotels to have a gym in Japan and there is also a restaurant, cafe and bar on the reception floor. I cannot recommend this place enough.

As with so many places in Japan, the pillows are not good. I was able to use one of the sofa cushions on top of the pillows and that was comfortable. Otherwise, no complaints.

Well-equipped room with washing machine/dryer, kitchenette, even a rice cooker. The 51st floor where I stayed had a limited view when compared to the three-bedroom suite that I toured where I want to stay next with my family. There is a supermarket downstairs and several restaurants. I loved Jean-Francois, the French bakery on the first floor. The Minatomirai line nearby takes you to the center of Tokyo in 30-40 minutes on the express. My stay was 10 days. I could have stayed for a month. There is one floor, 46th, where non-residents are allowed to experience the panoramic view of this modern port city and Mount Fuji on a clear day.

Can't think of anything negative. There is a bus to Haneda International Airport a block away but it runs only once every hour. Take a cab instead for about 8000 yen, about $60.

The hotel is modern and sits on high floors with a good view, it provides access to a nice guest lounge. The room is spacious and well equipped with a small kitchen complete with washer & dryer. I have a stunning view of Mount Fuji from my room. The hotel building is situation right on top of Bashamichi subway station.

The immediate vicinity of the hotel is quiet without the convenient of many local shops or restaurants. But there is a nice supermarket right next to the building, and a 15 minutes walk will get you to shopping area with cafes & restaurants.

Great sized room for Japan, with fully equipped kitchen, and you stay super high (around 50th/60th floor) so the sunsets and views are amazing! I even saw Mt. Fuji several times! The place is clean and done so well, the building is pretty new and you have small supermarket right there at the entrance with several more restaurants and Starbucks and other cafes. This is my second time staying here and I will stay here again if coming to Yokohama! It is really so great for so many reasons.

I had a bike and everyone was bit fussy about it even though it was clean but I understand. Other than that the staff was very kind. Also once there was earthquake and that was so scary for me but I know it is normal in Japan.
