Is newly renovated and is way better than last year. Reception staff were very polite and helpful with our requests.

Very minor things like room air conditioning unit not having a remote control or a setting for adjusting the speed of the fan which was blowing on full speed on our beds and forced us to turned off overnight. The balcony sliding doors latch wasn’t in working order not being able to lock them at all. But this year was a massive improvement than the last year when we stayed in as it was dated and need a full refurbishment which has been done over the winter.

Fantastic staff, great facilities, clean, lovely quality, great reception. Highlights were the food in the restaurant (my kids LOVED it)....buffet style, loads of choice, good quality ( special mention for the freshly grilled fish which was outstanding!) although the prices were a little steep so I definitely recommend getting inclusive; 2) the pools were fab, lots of space, loads of sun loungers and a really fun atmosphere with music and the animation team going crazy on the dancing! 3) the Reception staff who were terrific and the free left luggage service. A really terrific night's stay that exceeded expectations, thank you!

The lack of clarity before visiting about parking. Please explain that there is limited on-road free parking and that there is a car park opposite which costs 11euros a day...it would really help to know this in advance.

The hotel was in an amazing location, it was just a short walk from the beach and there was a supermarket across the road with good prices. Many restaurants around, fairly priced aswell. The facilities were amazing, the pool was clean and there were plenty of sun loungers / room for you to sunbathe. There was also lots of shaded areas which was important for me. Our room was well air conditioned with a lovely view and house keeping did an amazing job every morning when making the bed and restocking towels. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Near to beach. Big swimming pool and outside seating. Helpful staff. Pool table. Nice bar and grounds kept very nice. Nearby food shop was handy.

The food was ok, but some items didn't display what it was. There was plenty of pork on display (not everyone eats pork. (Sausages and cold cuts). The fried eggs were sometimes under cooked.

Good location. Modern facilities. Good parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool area. Drinks and food reasonably priced. Close to some restaurants and supermarket.

Restaurant very busy and chaotic. Only open a couple of hours for each meal and clear away half of the stations at least 30 min before. Several large bus parties in the hotel all leaving together so problems getting a lift from breakfast.

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and clean! The view from the balcony was perfect, and the beach was walking distance from the hotel. A massive thank you to Carla for sorting out a taxi to take us to the airport after booking.com cancelled our reservation less than two hours before the pick up time. Overall the stay was perfect, the food was good and the facilities were more than enough for what we needed.

Helpful staff who kindly assisted us in getting a free and very convenient parking for our car inside the hotel park. Large hotel with park and swimming pool. Spacious clean room and bathroom and balcony with mountain view. Very good buffet for breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Twin beds instead of the requested double bed.

The room was good although a little warm we had to put the air on ,the breakfast so buffet and very good and all very clean

The entertainment finished very early and repeating the same type of music most of the time understand was for the groups they had in which were the main ones to entertain

The location, the facilities, pleasant staff

The pool area was not waiter service, the menu for bar snacks was very limited, much less than any other hotel we have stayed in before. There were no parasols in the pool area, there was trees but there was not enough shade.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was good with plenty of sunbeds. The Rooms were cleaned daily.

The air-conditioning in the rooms wasn't the greatest The fridge in the room was too small and there wasn't any rubbish bins in the room
