Breakfast was amazing, a lovely variety of foods and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Gorgeous view from the balcony over the pool towards the sea. Bars and restaurants right there. We went as a family of 5 so booked 2 rooms which were lovely and spacious. Bus stop is right outside. Palma itself is clean and absolutely stunning. We had a wonderful experience.

Although breakfast was included, we didn’t get to enjoy it as we were out riding our bikes. However, the staff—whether at reception, the restaurant, or anywhere else—were all incredibly warm and helpful. My wife celebrated her birthday during our stay, and I requested a small gesture to mark the occasion. They went above and beyond by bringing a bottle of champagne, a personalized cake, reserving a special table, and even having the entire staff gather to sing Las Mañanitas. It was a truly thoughtful and unforgettable experience.

The weather was a little bit cold so we could not use the pool. And also had to leave!

We loved it! First the welcome was impressive - with champagne and big smiles, extremely warm. The hotel had everything we needed. Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, steam bath, gym, room with bathtub and both pool and sea view. The staff is made up entirely of highly trained professionals striving for perfect service. We are impressed with the attitude people have towards the guests and with what attention they approach. Breakfast and dinner were unique with lots of choice. If you are wondering which hotel to book - this is your place. We would definitely come back next year.

The staff was super helpful and kind. When we arrived at the hotel they took care of our luggage and offered us drinks and a little snack. They helped us with recommendations when asked (boat rental, restaurants, etc). The breakfast buffet was awesome. Really close to the beach. Amazing view on the water and on the sunset.

The gym is super small, not well climatized and really basic equipments. There was a weird smell in the corridors and elevators sometimes. The fridge (mini bar) was really small, not much that you can put in if you want to keep food/drinks cold. Rooms are not super well soundproof, you can hear a lot from the corridors.

The staff were very friendly and helpful on places to visit and any queries. Lovely pool with comfortable good quality loungers and excellent drinks service. We were B & B and the breakfast was delicious with great choice and quality of food including an abundance of fresh fruit, pancakes and omelettes cooked for you whilst you waited. Sandy beach just a few steps away over the promenade.

Would have been better if there had been a curtesy shuttle bus into Palma instead of having to wait for the public bus. Even though it came at 25 minute intervals it was often full.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. The transport connection to Palma and the airport is also very good. We really enjoyed the food in the hotel’s restaurant. We were impressed by the variety of the dishes - every evening there was something new and special. Plenty of seafood, local specialties, exquisite desserts, to name but a few. The service was a top notch, both in the restaurant and on the roof terrace. Chilled smoothies, fresh fruits and snacks were always at our disposal. Our special thanks to Alex from the reception. He was very helpful. We got a little problem in our room. The problem was solved very promptly - we were offered a better and bigger room. So the rest of our holiday went smoothly. The new room on the sixth floor was specious, overlooking the sea, quiet and immaculately clean. We used to stay in another only for adults hotel. Booking Iberostar Playa de Palma we were not sure it would be quiet enough. Due to the wise division within the hotel into child friendly and adults only zones (sixth and seventh floors were child free) we were not disturbed by the noise. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel and come back some other time.

Some guests were smoking too close to the restaurant windows and on the balconies. The floor by the swimming pool was a bit slippery.

- the view to the seaside - the room - large enough, well divided between the bathroom and bedroom - the wardrobes are large and sufficient for a couple - the staff at the Reception - exceptionally kind, ready to answer any question, ready to address any issue. ALINA is one of them - she not only goes above and beyond her duties in relation with tourists but speaks fluently a variety of languages which is a great facility for tourists. - the staff at the Consierge, Monica, also very helpful trying to suggest activities most suitable for all tastes - the cleanliness of room is exceptional - the corridors smell of great fragrance - the breakfast is exceptional - with food for any desire - the hotel is very close to the beach and the passage is so facile and provides a point to wash off the sand, which is great because this helps maintaining the cleanliness in and around the hotel - the Riviera is so clean despite the flux of tourists and the restaurants offer a variety of international cuisine

We had a lovely few days stay in the hotel before we headed up to the hills. We booked a junior suite which was on the end of the hotel with a slightly more limiting view so we asked reception if we could move to another room with a better view of the pool and the sea. This was arranged for us with no trouble at all. The staff were all exceptionally helpful, especially Alex who we built a good rapport with over our stay. He was always helpful, accommodating, and went the extra mile to ensure we had an enjoyable, memorable stay. The pool staff were brilliant too with drinks and food being served to the sun loungers, all were very helpful and always offered a warm welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast where there were so many options to choose from and all produced to an excellent standard. We had a brilliant stay and will certainly return.

Our first room was a little dark and didn't have the best outlook. Alex in reception was very accommodating to find an alternative room for us.

Nice room with excellent view to the sea, we were upgraded for free to a superior room. Cleaning visited every day, staff was very friendly and met expectations. Food was good and also the hotels bar.

Hotel parking a bit too expensive, there are other hotels that offer it for free, you have to try every time to find an available parking spot around the hotel (managed to find one every time, after a few circles around the hotel, in walking distance).
