It was easy to find and very easy to check in. The room had more space than we thought. Lots of food options close by

The air con does not make the room cold and the mattress was so uncomfortable. Check in is at 6pm but they will look after your bags so that you can go explore

Had an overall pleasant stay. Bed was super comfortable. Tight spaces, but nothing out of the ordinary for a budget airport hotel. Just an FYI for those of you arriving late in the evening - there are not many food options in Jewel past 10pm. Most places in the foodcourt (in basement level 2) are closed, and places that are open have massive lineups. Try to eat at your arrival terminal if you can

I stayed at this Yotelair twice and couldn't help but notice a mildewy odour in the bathroom both times.

A perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights. Yes, the room is small as expected but I had heaps of luggage and there was still room to move around. The gentleman that checked me in kindly offered to assist me with my luggage as the wheel was broken. The room was very quiet, so I had a great nights sleep to rest during my trip from London to Sydney. Being based in the Jewel, the beautiful waterfall is practically just out the door of the hotel, buses are also available to the city only a few minutes walk away, taking around 45 mins to the Marina Bay Sands.

Due to my flight leaving at 1.35am, I had to pay for a second night of accomodation even though I checked out at 10.30pm. As this is an airport hotel I'd have hoped they would be more flexible e.g. able to book a half day (I did ask about this). You're unable to store luggage at the hotel and I was unable to store my luggage at the luggage storage shop as they won't accept laptops.

its a small room in an airport hotel 10m2. so need to expect it. However it impressed me, and i have satyed in many. It was in the terminal 1 building (4th floor) and close and easy to find. Room was excellent - bed v comfy. shower area fine, and enough space to keep my luggage. i enjoyed the onsite gym. room temp fine and has its own aircon. quiet.

expesnive for what it is, but its singapore and you are paying for the convenience. Please note they charge extra if you want to check in before 6pm or leave after 9am next day - ie its only a 15hr stay - this was ok for me, but be aware

This hotel is a convenient option for those with long layovers at Changi. Located inside Jewel, it is very accessible from any terminals from which you're arriving or departing. We arrived in the early hours after a long-haul flight and had a connection early that morning. Yotel provided us with great room and amenities. We took a much-needed hot shower after a long flight and took a few hours of nap before continuing our journey. The room was small but clean and did the job great. Very comfortable bed and without windows in the room, it's a perfect cocoon for travelers! The breakfast was decent, and everything tasted good. Great coffee machine.

It's on a pricey side but with all the convenient provided, I guess it's okay. It's Singapore anyway.

It's a bit pricey, but you can't beat the location right at the airport for late night arrivals and early departures. Saves you schlepping your bags on the train and through town in the heat/humidity (which we did once). You can use an airport trolley to get your bags to the hotel, which was nice. The family room was great for 2 adults and one pre-teen. The bathroom and air conditioning were nice. The breakfast was light but tasty (some little pastries).

Did not love the pink and green lighting in the room.

excellent location - signposted well from Terminal 1 exit and perfectly positioned to explore the Jewel. loved that the amenities were all provided so you didn’t need to unpack to shower and get ready for bed.

the toilet was a hanging one and was loose on the wall. worked fine and was probably all good but made me nervous every time I sat on it.

The location is top notch. It’s on level 4 Jewels. Best hotel for transit if you’re taking connecting flight in the early hours and had to take out your luggage. The room is small. Like really small. The foot of the bed is literally on the door wall. But it can fit 1 luggage under the bed. We arrived at 9pm in Singapore and had to leave at 6am in the morning. Unfortunately, we’re flying from T4 that doesn’t have an aiport hotel inside the terminal, so this is the best place for it in the Changi vacinity. Staff are really nice! They also have complementary coffee and small brekkie.

Price is a bit high for such small room. I guess you’re paying for location.

— The temperature was 20.5°C. We set it to 24 (can't go higher), and it started to rise. Left the hotel. When we returned it was again 20.5. Set it to 24 and went to sleep. In the morning, it was back to 20.5 — Loud furniture-moving noises from above during the night — Your card doesn't work for the gym; only the person at the reception can open it for you. Maybe they could do the same thing for the room door, good idea? — Breakfast starts at 6:30 (fruits and juices) in theory; in practice it was impossible to check this as if you're leaving earlier you won't get it, even if you specifically ask — After 10 pm, this part of the airport dies down, the fountain gets turned off, and most shops close. Keep this in mind!

Perfect for staying as short layover in Singapore. WE have has 22 h of a break to sightsee the city and next day to fly to Vietnam. That was a great choice. Small, usuefoul comfy room for one night. No disturbances from airplanes although it is direclty at the Terminal. Convenient as plenty of restaurants around. and of course... Jewel! you are just one hand from the waterfall and this marvellous patio! yu may visit that during a day and the evening! :) that was really great!

You have a good longer walk to the nearest exit and oustide smoking area ;) although in Singapore it is generally not easy to find such spots so at least you have it ;)
