Very nice and spacious rooms, comfortable beds and very helpful staff. The rooms have DSTV and there is also a nice swimming pool. The restaurant also has a number of vegetarian options.

I felt like the vegetarian food at the restaurant was sometimes lacking an adequate description. I ordered a casserole, but this was actually a curry and the spaghetti dish I could was definitely not penne all’arrabiata as said.

We arrived early, but the hotel had us in our room by noon, and let us use their internet while waiting. Easy walk to the National Gallery of Art and many local restaurants.

Breakfasts were outrageously expensive. We never had breakfast in the hotel, preferring the Afrotopia Cafe in the National Gallery or the doughnut shop across the street. Our airport transfer was a wild ride down dirt sidewalks on the wrong side of the street. Cost the driver his tip.

The staff and service are exceptional!

The only challenge I had was that I had a room facing the main street and it was quite nosy to late at night with people walking by and conversing loudly to the early hours of the morning. I have made a note to self to request a room facing the back of the property, away from the main road at my next stay.

The breakfast was good, fairly extensive with a good selection for any type of food.

The rooms has window air conditioners, bath facilities could have been a bit better, restaurant menu for meals is not great

Lack of seating area to do business and to meet customers & suppliers. Bar closed too early.

Location and cleanliness. The property is in the city and offers a comfotable stay. Rooms are big and offers a work table, fridge iron box.

Rates slightly on higherside Breakfast and dinner has less vegetarian options, and no Indian items

The reception staff are very cold and unwelcoming. The reception area needs a revamp.

Well prepared food, comfortable bed.

The lighting in the room was a bit poor, it needs Morden lighting. You also need to allocate rooms upon booking(online bookings). I need to know the room number which I booked instead of waiting for soo long at your reception, waiting to take any room that becomes vacant. I did not like the waiting after I had a long drive to Harare.

- The staff was great, polite and super helpful - Good breakfast and dinner - Beds were very big and comfortable - They also provided water bottles Bonus points for the gym that is fully equipped.

The shower situation is pretty weird but there was always hot water.

The hotel staff were very friendly and hospitable. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet!

The bathroom shower was out-dated and should be modernized, but it was clean and had all of the necessities.
