The breakfast was good but too expensive ( value for money). The ala carte breakfast was a better option. The service by the waiters was great and efficient. The rooms were very good and spacious

The bathroom is squeezed. The number of towels provided should increase. We had only one towel for the two of us in the room Consider bed and breakfast packages. There is a noisy stage for the local transport with drug addicts near by

The total experience was just good from the booking, reception up to the stay. All was fine.

There was no air conditioning at all. Even if it's a standard room, an air conditioner or fan will suffice, but your room has nothing. In some three-star hotels, there are air conditioners or fans. This must be a basic facility for all, whether in a standard or executive room. There is a need for improvement there.

The fact that when l found out that the room allocated was too far away from the elevator as l wasn't feeling too well they had no problem giving me a room just by the elevator which was very convenient

The pool was under revamping and ld booked this place so l could be able to use the pool so l was not too happy about that at all

The placement of the toilet, too close to the wall, I had to sit sideways. 🤷🏽 And there was the loud music all night on NYE I know the hotel isn’t responsible but they could have put a notice on their reservation page to say don’t count on sleeping that night.

The room was clean, had beautiful views of the Harare gardens and it was comfortable

The water was not very hot on my first morning but next morning was ok not sure why the difference. Their meals were ridiculously expensive. Have travelled all over the world and been in several hotels breakfast is always complimentary and comes with your room booking so to be charged $40 for breakfast was ridiculous and unjustifiable

They have a veriety of and tasty breakfast

If the sound coming in from outside can decrease esp during weekend, if picture quality from the TV screen can inprove, if bathroom can maintained to prevent leakages.

The breakfast was excellent - everything was perfect, the staff were magnificent and they really made me feel very welcome. I had a wonderful time and I will definitely recommend this hotel - the location is perfect. Thank you to everyone at the Monomotapa hotel for making my stay so pleasant.

The breakfast was exceptional and truly made me feel at home. It was so tempting that I couldn't resist indulging, and I've even gained a little weight! Keep up the great work!

The customer service was exceptionally good throughout all staff. Of particular mention is Simba and Tafadzwa who were at the reception. Their customer care was above and beyond. Keep it up happy client here
