Nice staff and great price. City Center was in walking distance (10-15min). It is still quite new and not everything is super professional but all in all a great stay. We even had a Halloween party and learnt some traditional dances!

The breakfast was quite monotonous over the course of 4 days. Also the trash wasn’t taken out when cleaning service was in the room.

Breakfast is good (meat lovers only have sausages ... but the egg variations are very nice especially the cheese stuffed omelette wrap). The room is very clean and spacy as the rest of the hotel. The terrasse comes in handy for chilling after that long Tirana stroll.A lot more than satisfactory accomodation ... and a very central location. City center is 20 minutes slow walk away, beautiful Air Albania stadion 10 minutes. Besides ... I just cannot check the "Better than expectation" box ... I find this kind of categorization very offending to the country or the hotel I visit and condescendant in general. Let's just say New W Hotel easily matches the quality of any hotel of its prize class everywhere in Europe and the US ... and exceeds it ...

It’s a very , very ,very clean hotel. Everything it’s sparkling and shining, the beds, the shower it’s fantastic, very modern, the room it’s very chic! Starting from the Manager, to the receptionists, waiters, cleaners, the chef- everybody was 24/24 in your service , to make all the clients happy - very welcoming personnel with an excellent service. I definitely will come again and again in this hotel. Located very close city centre , this hotel is very convenient to go and see the attractions of beautiful Tirana. I am recommending this hotel to everyone - you will be very happy with the price too!

I liked everything about this hotel

I like the style of the hotel—fun & very unique—and I really like the location, which includes moving views and is just the right distance to my favorite landmarks and commercial centers. Additionally—unforgettable and exceptionally impactful—is the truly spectacular ownership, who goes well above and beyond for its customers, which made me feel not only that their hotel was my home, but that it was the best version of a home I could imagine, in that it was unwaveringly warm, friendly, and helpful. Furthermore, both ownership and staff are authentic, and noticeably care about one another as people, learning to be the best they can together while having fun—sincerely a real, and happy family :-)

What could have been even better maybe (and I add this only because it's a requested part of Booking's review format)—maintaining and polishing existing infrastructure, cuisine perhaps—are already being worked on: (Maintenance) Owners and staff already voluntarily addressed items I might have but didn't get the chance to because they were already attentive to and addressing them; (cuisine) I know they just got a new chef/cook and I only wish my stay there was long enough to try him/her/them out!

The hotel was a 15 min walk from the centre. the owners of the hotel were on site and couldn’t do enough for you. this is a family run hotel and therefore the level of service reflected that. they organised a trip to the coast, airport transfers and were on hand to answer any questions we had. my room was incredibly spacious with a seating area and a patio. the bathroom was very modern. the room was cleaned daily.

the Wi-Fi was intermittent and I know the owners were working on improving the Wi-Fi. breakfast was adequate but coffee and hot food did not keep hot and therefore was unappealing. the breakfast room should have been lighter and brighter and maybe in order to stop waste of food items such as eggs could have been cooked to order?

The breakfast was decent (toast, local bread, eggs, cereal, pancakes, fruits, yoghurt) nothing extra, but sufficient enough. The place was well lit with nice and modern interior. There were extra blanket and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are really friendly and warm, best hotel staff so far on my book.

Although the room is clean, I found a small insect on my bed. The location is not in the center and quite a distance from the bus station, about 25 minutes by foot. The interior was pleasantly good, but the exterior of the hotel appears under made.

This is a family run hotel where you will feel very looked after. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and owners. The hotel is very well located. The rooms are very comfortable. There were 11 of us in our group and we had an excellent stay here over our 5 days in Tirana. Thanks Edmund, Edward and all of the New W Hotel staff!

There were a few issues with the internet when we arrived but these were sorted out quickly.

Everything was perfect. We reserved this hotel as it is near to the southeast bus terminal for intercity routes like Elbasan, Pogradec, Korcé etc. Parking if you are by car or nice walk to town or regular bus L8 to Tirana centre in one direction and the other direction the TEG - Tirana East Gate commercial centre with all the shopping you could ever wish for

Hotel offers buffet type of breakfast and there is enough of the variety of dishes to satisfy most travelers.Big plus for me was ability to try some local dishes . The owners are very friendly people (especially Edi who is such a nice guy !)trying their best to make stay in their hotel very special . This is a place where you feel welcomed and appreciated : )
