The hotel located in a quiet neighborhood away from street noise all windows have shutters to keep the light and noise away. The staff specifically Miss. Era she was amazing, professional, smiling and solved my minor issues she also granted me late check out. Thank you Era the hotel should be proud of you. The breakfast was delicious better than a 5 stars hotel. The room was large with a large bathroom. The center is only 5 minutes away on foot there are many restaurants and cafes close by. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

There was nothing I didn’t like but just to mention there is no coffee and tea making facilities in the room I don’t usually use them. No much English channels available in the tv. AC takes long time to cool the room.

fromthe moment i entered the Hotel, i was greeted at the desk by a young lady, who welcomed me to the hotel and Albania, my request for a quiet room had been agreeed, The lady popped upstairs to make sure the room was in fact ready (nice touch) upon return i was given the key and directions. everything i requested was granted. the room was fabulous, well appointed, the bed was spacious, the breakfast was lovely and plenty to choose from with the chef on hand also to answer my questions about the local dishes and he made my omelletes fresh which were brilliant. the men on the desk and covering the bar were on top form and very olbliging, a second lady on the desk was equally as helpful and most important everything was carried out with a smile. the property was imaculately clean and tidy, my room cleaned everyday and towels refreshed. The Hotel is small but very conveniently placed, down a quiet little street.

I am absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with utmost courtesy and efficiently checked in. The room was simply exquisite and remarkably spacious, boasting an enormous bed with supremely comfortable mattresses and pillows. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every necessary amenity provided in the bathroom. The air conditioning functioned flawlessly, and I appreciated the option to open the window for fresh air. The hotel itself is situated in a prime location and is incredibly well-maintained and immaculate throughout. The staff were, without exception, the epitome of professionalism and hospitality. The breakfast was nothing short of extraordinary, offering an abundance of choices to cater to every palate.

This hotel has excellent staff especially Era she was so helpful in making our stay in Tirana unforgettable. She assisted us in a car rental and provided good information to go around Tirana and drive to Kosovo. Also Brikene was excellent at check in. We felt at home at this hotel. They have a good breakfast and good sitting outside where you can enjoy your breakfast. The location is near city center. The rooms have good size comparing to other European hotels. I recommend this hotel and definitely will be back if I visit Tirana again.

Perfect location, generous breakfast and stunning room where I felt like royalty. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. It is rare to feel this comfortable and welcome in a hotel. The location is also great, the room was very quiet but the hotel is 5 minute walk from bustling bars and restaurants, and just around the corner from pyramid of tirana.

The price per night is a little bit on the high side for Tirana, but considering the service and the quality of the room, I was happy to pay.

It is a very clean, quiet and charming hotel in the city center, just a short walk from the main square. We really enjoyed our room with the view of Tirana's pyramid and a great jacuzzi. The staff is very polite and professional. The breakfast was delicious with quite nice choices. Wifi in the room was great.

Just a minor thing - the upper sheet of the bed was kind of stiff, it would be perfect if it was softer. Though, the rest of the bed was comfortable.

Great location. My room was very nice, with a jacuzzi bathtub (a bathtub with jets). I had a corner room and it was pretty quiet, except for one evening when there was a lot of loud music that seemed to be coming from somewhere outside but very nearby (but headphones successfully blocked it out). The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was pretty good with a focus mostly on local food. The coffee at breakfast was made by the staff of the bar that is also in the hotel and it was free (unlike in many hotels in Albania). Based on a review that mentioned that the hotel caters to groups and that that can make the small breakfast area very crowded, when I checked in I asked if any groups were staying there while I was, and was told that the next group was checking in the day I left so I didn't need to worry about it (and thanks to that reviewer for the tip).

The hotel sometimes has problems with their wifi system and with their hotel-wide air conditioning system, both of which I experienced. If you find that wifi isn't working or that the air conditioning in your room doesn't seem to be working, notify the staff immediately and they will quickly fix the problem. (I made the mistake of not immediately notifying the staff when it seemed like the air conditioning might not be working properly, so please don't make the same mistake I did.)

We really were appreciative of the extremely helpful staff at the front desk ,the breakfast,the cleanliness of room .The whole experience was wonderful.

Twin beds quite narrow, especially if you are a large person,which we definitely are not,& only other thing was the sheets seem over starched or at least,somewhat scratchy..

The customer service was outstanding. Valetparking, upgrade and service with a smile. Breakfast is a feast with lots to choose from. The location is the best: near every single interesting point in Tirana. Restaurant Rossini deserves a special mention: first grade, delicate food with the same service. The rooms in Kotoni are excellent, the lounge area comfortable and the terrace nice and cool.

So I was on a Gate 1 tour that ended in Tirana; this hotel was the assigned hotel for Tirana for the last 2 days of the tour. I extended my stay one extra day to allow me to take a more reasonable air flight out of Tirana. I asked the hotel via Booking to keep me in the same room for my self-booked night 3 as I had for the first two Gate 1 nights, which they did gladly via Booking's messaging service. The staff was friendly and could communicate well in English. The included breakfast was more than adequate, although not as grand as several other 5-star hotels I stayed at on the tour portion of my trip. They had a mix of cooked items as well as fruits, cereals and breads. My room on the second floor was right across from the elevator, so very convenient from that aspect. DOn't worry, the elevator was not noisy. The stairs are very walkable for the average person. Note that the area surrounding this hotel I found to safe. I was able to walk about 900m to the Luna airport shuttle on Rruga Ludovik Shllaku across from the Friendship Monument. 4 euros to or from the airport.

My room on the second floor was just above a patio area where people would go out to smoke; therefore, one could not open the windows when that was going on (I am an avid NON-smoker, and don't like being around any smoking areas including those in restaurants and bars). But this was not a huge problem as I am one who spends little time in the room except at night.
