The Rogner Hotel is in a perfect location in Tirana. The swimming pool and bar are excellent with beautiful gardens and a pool bar. The suite we had was amazing and the balcony overlooked the gardens and pool area, an oasis in the heat of the city. The breakfast is amazing. And most of the staff were so helpful and lovely.

One of the staff members really needs training on customer service and seemed unhappy in her job we rarely needed to speak to reception but on the two occasions we had spoken with her she was abrupt and quite rude.

Loved the location, very central. Had an excellent pedicure in the spa.Staff professional but not very friendly on check in. Breakfast service very disappointing. Tables not cleared and reset quickly enough- coffee was horrible. I'd say they were understaffed for volume of guests. Lovely gardens and pool but sadly weather not good enough whilst we were there for us to enjoy them. A good stay overall.

A beautiful hotel with a relaxed feel and very friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful breakfast with barrista coffee and a huge selection of it was lovely sitting at the outdoor cafe area for our lunch. The man who helped us with our bags went above and beyond when we arrived and especially when we left on the day of the Tirana marathon. A great hotel and would highly recommend. The location was awesome too.

Location is just perfect and the superior room are really good. Room service is also good and timely.

While checking-out I've asked for a Taxi to go to the airport. What the hotel staff called for me was instead a private driver, 1,5x expensive than taxi, to be paied cash and without the possibility to receive a receipt. Nothing so bad but I would have liked to be informed upfront at least.

We felt like royalty visiting Rogner Hotel - beautiful lobby, kind service, great rooms, amazing outside-area with pool and the nice garden. We really enjoyed the pool, especially since Tirana is very (!) hot during August, so it was amazing to be able to cold down at the pool in between sightseeing. The breakfast was really great - everything you'd want and more!

The pool was really great and spacious, however we did experience that sometimes it was almost impossible to really use the pool because of the many kids there. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand that kids (also) love and needed the chill pool, but it was just a little much sometimes, and no supervision from adults, which made it a little difficult to really enjoy and relax sometimes. Perhaps it would be great with some "rules"/guidelines/better contact with parents to ensure that everyone - not only the kids - can enjoy the pool.

The spa/hammam manager was absolutely horrible, shouting (literally shouting) at you repeatedly at every opportunity, when it was undeserved. We were trying to ask for help and guidance and all we got was yelled at. Completely unnecessary and makes you feel stressed when of course you are there to feel the opposite! That put a cloud over our experience at this otherwise lovely hotel. I’d read some negative reviews about the spa manager before we went but was still shocked at how she treated us. Also competition to get a sunbed makes you feel a bit tense when going for a swim!

all went weel, breakfast very good with great selelction, room was good and well appointed view was of road to side of hotel but it was quiet, staff were all very pleasant and helpful when requesting anything. pool was very good and not overly busy, it was great for keeping you cool. location was a little out but the area around the hotel had everything you could want, its a very clean area given all the government buildings and there are some lovely places to walk, the street behind the hotel housed numerous bars and restaurants.

The location was fantastic with a short work to areas of interest. The hotel was immaculately clean and comfortable and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though our room was facing the main road, we couldn't hear any noise at all. The choice of food for breakfast was outstanding.

This hotel accommodates families and there were a LOT of very young and very loud children playing at the pool. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, you won't get it here. It was therefore difficult to relax outside without being disturbed.

A new hotel in the heart of Tirana, on the main boulevard of the city, in the vicinity of the Prime Minister's Office and facing the President's Office, just 6-7 minutes' walk away from the Main Square (Skanderbeg Square). Very hight quality 5-star hotel, with spacious and clean rooms, good sound isolation (street noise is completely excluded), strong WiFi, good air conditioning, big and nice garden with pool, as well as very kind and responsive staff. Breakfast is also superb.

Practically nothing. The only thing was that the garden pool was closed as it is operative only between 1 June and 30 September, although this year the weather would have allowed swimming in the middle of April as well.

Perfect location, beautiful gardens, great pool, room with balcony offered incredible views of the gardens with a backdrop of mountains behind. The staff were friendly from the first person that greeted us to the last person to bid us farewell. Great cafe/bar in the lobby for drinks and snacks, yummy food in the restaurant, a great variety and plenty of halal options too

The hotel hosts private functions. On one night during our stay there was a function on the top tier of the garden with music and celebration. This was probably the only negative, and even then the music finished by 10pm, but in the interests of giving a balanced review thought it worth mentioning!
