Very central, good balcony, quiet rooms, nice bathroom. Room with a balcony was great for views and fresh air!

The fact they downgraded my room due to poor maintenance. Had 603 originally. Big beautiful room, lots of space but the balcony door was broken and they couldn't fix it, so they moved me to 625, a lot smaller room. No apologies, no offering of compensation. Bizarre and the staff seemed so pleased with themselves? The hotel smells very clean. Their cleaning products are super overpowering in smell. After your room has been cleaned, you need to air it out. They give you glass glasses but paper cups for a mug. The paper cups have a funny taste.

Excellent location right in the main street and all shops around. Large rooms well fitted with large bathroom. Neat and clean. Lovely design, fitness room small but do the job, outdoor terrace and very quiet despite the location in the heart of the city. Great breakfast in the very well designed dining room.

We were a couple with 2 kids. The bed set up wasn’t comfortable made of 2 single beds next to each others and 2 very narrow single beds from a convertible sofa bed. It would have been better to have either a king size bed or at least a double bed and 2 real single bed.

the rooms , staff and location were all really good.

what is not great is that we cannot access the location by vehicle. The gps takes you to the end of a street , then you must wander up the street to find the hotel.Would not work for people with walking issues. After you check in then you can access the garage which is difficult to find as the gps leaves you on another street , then you again must wander on foot tofind the actual garage. the staff should have a map for finding the garage . Also the location of the garage would be better as the direction in your mapping for the gps. Once found the garage is well spaced and has an elevator to the lobby .

It was well located in the high traffic shopping district. The room was larger than we anticipated and was quite comfortable overall. The bathroom was spacious and had a tub and shower. The bed was large and comfortable. The parking was nice and convenient.

It was a little hard to locate the hotel when arriving by car. There is a very small sign that identifies the hotel at the entrance to a public garage. We didn’t see the sign so we had to hunt for the hotel. The elevators are overwhelmed during busy hours requiring patience. Given the size of the bathroom, the shower was rather small but functional. The breakfast offering was disappointing for the price—typical unhealthy choices and nothing creative.

The size of our room and bed was very good – if you’re looking for an upgrade with a balcony, this is the room for you. The dining experience across our half-board reservation was impressive. Three-course meals each night from a good menu selection. The location is great. Right in Andorra La Vella city centre.

Although dinner was great, drinks are paid for extra on check-out. We were surprised though about a lack of vegetarian/vegan options.

Great menu for breakfast and even better for dinner - I'd recommend the half-board option we chose. Though being on the main pedestrian street, parking option was clearly described from the very beginning, requiring arrival from the other side of block - remarkable, compared to lots of other hotels that just don't care about your parking problems unless they have their own parking.

Once the car was parked, some challenge of finding the hotel was offered. During the two days of stay we figured out how the tricky elevator layout works, but it could have better explanation. Yet not a big problem overall - and to some extent also fun.

The room was nice and very clean, location is great, close to everything, lady at the reception very nice and helpful. There is a parking under the hotel with 30 euro/day, but if you show your parking ticket at the reception the cost is 20 euro. Also, there is the posibility to charge your electric car, 3 hours free of charge, at a charging speed of 11 kwh.

There was no balcony, which is a problem if you are a smoker, but you can live with it

Clean rooms and helpful staff We didn't have dinner in the hotel restaurant because it was fully booked but the restaurant looked nice from outside

Hotel is very hard ro find using the address in booking (I recommand to contact the hotel in advance to get the address of the parking, it will save you a lot time). Even in foot, the hotel sign was hidden in between other shops signs

Staff is very friendly, receptionist let us go for dinner before check-in not to miss it. Dinners were very nice, not a buffet but more like a restaurant. Didn't expect at all to have a stake for dinner.

AC was a little noisy, but it's gone when I changed the mode

Large hotels are often impersonal but the staff were super friendly and helpful.The location is perfect if you want to be close to the shops and restuarants.Although its central the rooms are quiet and the beds comfy.Breakfast is excellent and there is convenient parking at the rear of the hotel with access straight into the hotel
