We received a very warm welcome. The staff were exceptional and provided service with a smile. Half-board worked well for us. Both the breakfast and evening meal, with options, were superb. Our room, with a balcony and views, was worth the additional cost. We will definitely be paying a return visit for skiing and in the summer for mountain activities. A wonderful first visit to Andorra.

There was nothing to dislike.

Location is five minutes drive from ski lifts. Half board plan is super convenient. SPA, service in restaurant, service in reception- everything was just perfect. Free parking, beautiful view. What else could a person need to enjoy the vacation? Muchas gracias por todo!

I would decrease little bit a heating inside the room. But I know this is usual for Spain, so no surprise. We opened a window at night to get more fresh air.

The room was great, really awesome premises, rooms good size, lovely atmosphere. Restaurant dinner meal was terrific value for money and breakfast was really great

We were very unhappy as fridge wasn't on and didnt get cold when they came to check it. Also only one staff member on when we arrived trying to do all check ins and the bar. Had to weight quite awhile

Very comfortable and relaxing accommodation high in the beautiful mountains of Andorra. Many rooms adjacent to a small river which sound will make you sleep and dream well like you never did 😴😉. Excellent breakfast.

El Serrat is not an interesting village but the surrounding nature is lovely.

Nice and clean place, very good breakfasts, great dinners, nice staff. Nice wellness area with the possibility of an enjoyable massage. Perfect place for highking.

The staff was friendly, breakfast had a nice variety, and we slept with the window open listening to the sound of the mountain stream...it was lovely.

The bathroom and shower were fine, but the room was tiny. We had to move out of each other's way to move across the room.

Highlight of my stay was the restaurant. The food was just excellent, I was really impressed. Also the staff was really nice, my room was big, nice and clean and the hotel ist perfectly located for hikes.

14 euros per hour for spa entry are too much.

The location is amazing if you are looking to stay in the middle of nowhere. The hotel has guests-only access restaurant, bar, and SPA, all for reasonable prices.

When you order a room with terrace, there is no option to select what your terrace will overlook (I expected it to be mountain river as on the pictures, but got parking instead). Breakfasts and dinners could have had more raw vegetable, there were literally none of them offered for breakfast, and very few in some dishes for dinner.

Beautiful location close to the mountain stream. Fantastic starting point for hikes in the area. Very clean. Good and tasty breakfasts. Evening meals varied and tasty. Helpful staff.

Spa area very small and needs to be paid separately.

Nice hotel with a good restaurant, great breakfast and comfortable beds. The spa was unfortunately not included in the price, we should have read it more carefully before 😅 But there was a bathing tub in the room to make up for that.
